"Extremely satisfied with this stay.
The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are great and thoughtfully provided.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices, including both standard options and local dishes, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of selections to suit different tastes.
The location is convenient, although it is not within Songpan Ancient Town (松潘古镇), which is worth noting. That said, the environment is quiet and comfortable.
Overall, a highly recommended hotel with excellent cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast quality. Would definitely stay again."

"Beyond my expectation!
I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep.
However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️

"Highly recommend this hotel, the entire hotel staff (reception, chef, waiters and security) is like a small family
For example, they may ask you, are you ok, do you have enough food? Over there are more noodle soup. You need to eat a lot to be strong enough to walk Jiuzhaigou ☺️
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hygiene facilities such as masks and gloves were absolutely exemplary.
A very big thank you, to the service housekeeper Ms Hongmei (服务管家红梅）. I've been travelling to a lot stayed in many hotels but was very friendly and helpful. I felt very warmly welcomed on this short trip.
Ms Hongmei's (红梅）service and dedication is top class, with a great attitude I want to thank her very much. Will definitely come back and recommend.

"Service of the staff at reception was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Location is great and rather close to the bus station, about 10 to 15 minutes walk. Was offered a free drop off to the bus station the following morning. Breakfast was very disappointing though, limited choice. Will however recommend."

"We reached around 10pm+ due to the rain but the staff still came and help us with check in even pass us an umbrella when we were unloading our luggages super nice gesture despite it being late!
I genuinely feel is one of the better hotels i visited in the cold! Warmer for bed ✔️ Warmer for floor ✔️ Warmer for toilet ✔️ major love and need especially in the cold rainy season!!
Breakfast is simple but good enough! The staff also assist to send us to Huanglong and even help us get transport to our next destination after we were done visiting Huanglong.
Very friendly and nice people + accommodation was also comfortable !"

MMisafir KullanıcıThe best hotel we stayed in the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou area. Husband and wife run place. They designed the hotel themselves and just opened in July 2025. Very thoughtfully designed hotel. Staff are helpful and willing to share their advice and local knowledge. They provide free car to and from the Huanglong Scenic Area cable car. Its a small hotel about ~10 rooms and I attach pictures of the rooms as they are. No edits. Rooms are clean and new with modern facilities like projectors and in room routers. Room has a nice skylight windows providing bright cheery lighting. You can sleep looking at the stars in heated comfort. Beds and pillows are fluffy and soft, a rarity in this region! Family room has a tepee for small kids to sleep in! Some rooms have bathtub for soaking after a 8km walk through the scenic area! Floor heating!! Keeps the room warm and walk around barefoot in the room. Tip: open the skylight and sleep comfortably as the floor heating keeps the room warm without the need to turn on the heater. Bathroom is modern with rainshower and a bidet spray. They provide soft fluffy towels as well, not the cheap disposable paper towel. The lobby doubles as a restaurant. Nice tent tables. We love the home cooked food as the kitchen is staffed by family. They also have a coffee machine, another rarity for this region. Most restaurants do not serve coffee. We loved our stay here. Husband and wife, and their family members helping at the hotel make us feel like family guests instead of hotel guest. We are English speaking foreigner with a smattering of Chinese. There are many hotel options nearby, but this is a fantastic place to stay and beyond value for money. Quickly book as they have limited rooms.

Aside, receptionist are great as recommended me and families a nice lunch place. Receptionist also assist in recommending transport for traveling from hotel to jiu zhai gou. I feel awesome and warm in this hotel. The room assigned to me with windows and nice view. Suggest shower room can provide antislip to prevent elderly slip off and fell. Didnt manage to take room pictures.

JJiahemirror老闆很熱情，那天晚上從九寨到這邊，大巴司機説可以把我們放在川主寺鎮政府，結果把我們放在了鎮邊的一條路上並不是川主寺鎮政府，好不厚道一司機，大晚上的人生地不熟網約車約不上風又大又冷，最後打電話給老闆，老闆過了一會兒就來接我們了，那天夜裡看着老闆車的那一刻太有救贖感了嗚嗚嗚😭… 我們的房間很乾凈，臨河畔可以看遠山，離川主寺很近，出門轉兩個街道就到了幾百米的樣子。早餐還可以，那個青稞餅和牛奶真的很香，民宿房間、大堂餐桌布置、以及吃的都很有民族特色，吃早餐的時候還看見了兩衹小鸚鵡，應該是老闆養的，哈哈哈哈怪可愛的，總體這家民宿還不錯，下次如果再路過鬆潘還會選擇這！

We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel.
Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling.
Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

酒店高端大氣上檔次，住着舒服。向著九寨溝方向走不遠，有薰衣草莊園。
松潘的牟尼溝景區值得一遊，可以減少對黃龍風景區和九寨溝景區的過度依賴，很多景緻可以平替或超越。

2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious.
3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close.
4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window.
5. The blanket was cozy and the hot water came out well.
6. It was nice to have a cultural experience here. (Disappointing)
1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
