We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

Herşey çok güzeldi, tüm personelin güleryüzü ve cana yakın yaklaşımları ayrıca mutluluk vericiydi, konumu itibariyle zaten cazip olan otel, tefrişi, eleman kalitesi, binası ile ayrıca cazip, kahvaltıda peynir çeşitliliği gerektiğini de belirtmeliyim, ama yine de güzel kahvaltısı kesinlikle yeterli,

If you are in Almaty, the best place undoubtedly is Swissotel. It's a beautiful and most stunning resort without a doubt, spread over a few kilometers, with a golf course, lake, woods etc. You can actually spend a couple of days just being there relaxing. This was my 2nd visit to this property in the last 6 months and is in my itenary once every year to experience Almaty and Swissotel. Prior to this I have stayed I have stayed twice in another top brand of the world, but believe me, there is nothing better than Swissotel. My stay at the hotel once again was truly exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and filled with genuine hospitality. Every detail — from the welcoming smiles at reception to the peaceful ambiance of the thermal area — shows how much care goes into every guest’s experience. Every area and facility in the resort is top class - gym, spa..... And the pool is a combination of amazing experiences. A special mention to Manager Karina, who did her job with excellence and professionalism. I called up the hotel from India for check in formalities and Karina organised it for me and my friends in a flash. She is always on top of everything, ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and warm attitude perfectly represent the spirit of this hotel. The whole team deserves praise for creating such a wonderful and memorable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and a MUST stay

Located at Gogol Street with lots of offerings around, super easy to get anything you want. Hotel is old but very well maintained, tip top cleanliness. Breakfast was great too, definitely recommend to anyone whom love to experience authentic Kazakh’s hospitality (which means, less friendly compare to SEA but i guess thats the Kazakh’s way)

Rezervasyonum sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen ilk odada kötü bir duman kokusu vardı. Şikayet ettikten sonra bana başka bir oda verdiler. Sanırım oteller trip.com aracılığıyla rezervasyon yapanlara en kötü odayı veriyordu. Bu daha önceki Bali seyahatimde de olmuştu.

Hotel in downtown. Cable car To go up to little mountain is 50m away. Good restaurants in the top Inzhu. Close French restaurant call “ Benoit “ with incredible wines ! Novotel hotel airport service was unfortunately not a good experience at all.he came very late and the car inside smell smoking. They waived the fee and gave 10% discount voucher on restaurant bill. Good room for improvement in customer service from hospitality manager. Even with my official complain by email, they did not responded until I came to the front desk and ask to speak with a manager. Good breakfast.

The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The front-desk service was excellent, fluent English and smooth communication. On my first day they even helped me sort out small change for a taxi and provided useful sightseeing tips. The location is convenient, with a shopping mall right across the street, and the room was clean up standard.

Havaalanından taksiyle yaklaşık 30 dakika, otelden şehir merkezine (Yeşil Çarşı vb.) ise yaklaşık 20-30 dakika sürmektedir. 80 numaralı otobüs otelin çok yakınında durmaktadır. (Ama şehir merkezinden, akşam 7 civarı, yoğun saatlerde bile, bir saatten fazla sürüyor.) Yani şehirden biraz uzak. Ancak etrafta çok sayıda dükkan olduğu için hareketlilikten de geri kalmıyor. Aslında eğlenceli ve kullanışlı da olabilir, ev sıcaklığında bir hava katabilir. Resepsiyondaki tüm personel akıcı bir şekilde İngilizce konuşabiliyordu. Çince tabelalar da vardı, sanırım çok sayıda yabancı burada kalıyor. Çamaşırhane hizmetinden faydalandığımda 3.600 tenge ücretlendirildiğime çok şaşırdım. Duş biraz kullanışsız. Odamda sıcak su gelene kadar yaklaşık 10 dakika kadar suyu açık bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Rezervasyon yaptırırken havaalanından alınmamı talep ettim ancak ne cevap verdiler ne de ben fark ettim. Oda yeterince geniş. İki gece kaldım ve resepsiyondan bir gece daha eklemek istediğimde bana indirim yaptılar ve trip.com'dan daha ucuz bir fiyat söylediler, bu yüzden konaklamanızı uzatmak istediğinizde bundan faydalanmaya değer. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi! .

İlk defa sözde ”dört yıldızlı otel”de kaldığımda hayal kırıklığına uğradım! Ulaşım 𠕇Birçok otobüs var ama Kazakça bilmediğim için nasıl kullanacağımı bilmiyorum! Otelin sunduğu ücretsiz kahvaltı dışında, diğer odalardaki olanaklar çok eski. Duş suyu bile çok zayıf ve kullanımı kolay değil. Hatta tamir edilmemiş bir kapı sorunu bile var. Bir gün saat 4 civarında, bir garson kapıyı çalmadan içeri girdi ve beni görünce korkuyla kaçtı. Bu ”4 yıldızlı” yönetim inanılmaz! Resepsiyonist bir erkekti ve hizmeti berbattı. Sanki ona borcunuz varmış gibi ekşi suratlıydı! Genel olarak, ”2 yıldızlı” seviyenin gerçekten iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor! Uygun fiyata gelince, ücretsiz kahvaltı bile bonus! Umarım bir dahaki sefere burada kalma şansım olduğunda her şey yenilenmiş ve standartlara uygun olur!
