Everything is good. Nothing much to complain really. Very close to the victory monument walkable distance. I actually did leave the note on my booking mentioned the stay is actually for my anniversary with my partner but too bad at the end no surprise. But overall good stay.

Well located boutique hotel with a relaxing pool area. The restaurant also offers very good Lao and western cuisine. The room was spacious and the staff very helpful on organizing our transportation and even money exchange.

I booked 3 nights in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helped me to book van, taxi and tuk tuk. I felt safe here as a female solo traveller. I got a room in the back so my view was houses of local people which didn't allow me to open the curtain even when I was in the 4th floor. The breakfast was not included so I paid for it. I don't think it was really good for such price. So, next days went to a luxurious hotel and paid for breakfast there for the same price. Ibis should have breakfast included for the amount of money they charge. I always stay at Ibis but I feel that out of Europe, Ibis is just a ”ok basic hotel”. Only in Europe I felt the breakfast was decent. Anyways, hot water, internet, soap and security box were provided. Staff could speak English and they accept card payments. I would stay here again but not sure if it would be my first option. Thanks for everything. I appreciate your help!

Excellent accommodation, professional staff and team with great customer service satisfaction. Management responsive and ensures everything was taken care of and beyond my needs. I would definitely recommend to all travellers and myself be coming back for all future visits.

Hotel was new and clean, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. As with some other recent reviews, we definitely heard some construction noises during our stay, but nothing that bothered our sleep at night. There's a gym with fairly new equipment, but it's not air conditioned (the fans don't work either) and it's extremely hot. Free breakfast was good, had mostly Chinese style breakfast. They also offer room service from the Chinese restaurant downstairs which is nice if you want a meal in without heading outside

Oda rezervasyonunda bir hata oluştu. Otelin ön bürosu ayarlama yapmama ve kaybı azaltmama yardımcı oldu. Oda çok temizdi, hizmet çok iyiydi ve yatak çok rahattı ve iyi bir uyku çektim.

The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay. Bathroom: The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean but the rest room did not find bath gel but it was located quite far from Talad Sao bus station if you wanted to walk there but it closed with the Big C Department store.
