"En lo general, estuvo muy bien el lugar me encantó q tenga desayuno incluido pero falta más variedad, la piscina está genial para descansar del día y los precios se me hicieron muy accesibles. Lo recomiendo!!!!"

"El hotel es muy bonito, lo único que no nos gustó es que el agua de la alberca está muy fría. Tienen jacuzzi pero no lo calientan, sin embargo forma parte de la descripción del hotel como uno de sus atractivos. Tienen una estanque con peces y tortugas, sin embargo algunas de las tortugas están lastimadas y no les dan atención. Nunca vimos que les alimentaran."

"Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again."

"Check in was perfect, I was given a upgraded junior suite overlooking the garden and pool. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was good service excellent. I like that the hotel still has some Mexican charm vs being updated to conform with the modern polished look. Room was very comfortable, ac worked exceptionally well. Everything about the hotel was up to standard, can’t say enough about it. Highly recommended."

"Excellent budget stay near zona romantica. All staffs friendly including at the breakfast. I had a very large king bed room with a small but nice patio to let some fresh air in. While rooms were a bit tired the rooms and entire hotel was spotless - no cleanliness concerns at all. Will be happy to return in the future"

"Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure."

"Nuestra estancia ha sido una invitacion a volver y volver, empezando por el servicio al cliente. Un servicio de primera desde la persona que te recibe en el hotel y te abre la puerta del auto en donde llegas, las personas que amablemente te atienden en recepcion con una sonrisa y un autentico sentido de servicio, los maleteros que se desviven por pedirte un taxi y ayudarte a cargar lo que traigas sin que se lo pidas, y cualquier persona que trabaja en el hotel en el area de recepcion indudablemente esta para atenderte con la mejor disposicion de servicio. Tambien en el area de alberca, y restaurantes. El lugar impecable, contando con una belleza arquitectonica. Su amplitud y distribucion tanto del hotel, como de los cuartos, te acogen. El hecho de ser un lugar abierto, nos deja sentir el clima, y el viento que corre es un sensacion muy agradable. La decoracion del lugar es calida y de buen gusto, dandonos un sentir de estar ”en casa”. La ubicacion del lugar da pie a salir a caminar a la Marina, tanto de dia como de noche, con completa seguridad, y todos los lugares a donde fuimos estan muy cerca, a 5, 10, 15 minutos en auto: Walmart, Centros Comerciales, Malecon, Centro, Restaurantes, Terminal Maritima. El acceso a la playa es una delicia, con unas vistas a la puesta de sol inigualables. Disfrutamos las actividades extras que inlcuye la estancia en el hotel, y el hecho de no ser invasivas a nuestros momentos de estar. La comida es muy buena, y aunque el precio es poco alto, vale la pena quedarse en el hotel a comer. Quiero cerrar felicitando el programa de Servicio al Cliente que tiene el hotel, ya que seguro es una administracion que se toma su tiempo en el entrenamiento en esta area a todas las personas que laboran ahi. El servicio al cliente hace la diferencia en una experiencia, y eso es lo que buscamos al ir de vacaciones, vivir experiencias gratas y memorables. Felicidades por su excelente servicio a todas las personas que laboran en Club Regina Puerto Vallarta!"

"When we checked into the room there was leftover food in the minibar. We notified reception and nothing was done. The next morning we noticed there was blood on the wall in the bathroom. We notified reception to get it cleaned and it took us 3 attempts notifying them before someone cleaned it. They didn’t seem to be phased. We were disgusted that it was blood and potentially a biohazard and they treated it like a dirt mark. The restaurants we tried were nice but we ate a lot of food locally as well. The pool was good and great location. They advertised their membership through the time share which is apparently common but was not known to us. We knew there had to be a catch for the ‘free welcome breakfast’. Was interesting to hear about it but we weren’t advised upfront what it involved so we felt a bit caught out. The perks given for our time were fair. It was an okay stay and we think our experience was just unlucky. The best part is the location of the resort."
