"EXCELLENT AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION. My mother checked in a couple of days just before Christmas as she had to undergo an important medical check up at the Cebu Doctors Hospital which is just a two-minute walking distance away. This hotel is the newest addition to hospitality facilities within the Capitol Site area. Although dubbed “mini” in size, the room is visibly spacious for double occupancy, provided with very clean private toilet with hot and cold bath, open type clothes cabinet with shelves for things, and a built-in safety deposit box. Their dining area, which is accessible by stairs or by elevator at the second floor, serves free breakfast, affordable combo meals, and free drinking water to fill the pitcher in the hotel room. The dining hall also has a billiards table and entertainment area. Being located in the heart of the bustling City of Cebu, a traveller can transact business with nearby Government offices, stroll and score one’s favorites at popular shopping malls of Ayala, SM, and Robinsons, dine at restaurants just beside the hotel, and explore notable tourist spots within and beyond the city. For those traveling with vehicles, there is also a huge and secured parking area located just obliquely across the hotel. Highly recommended for family, workers, students, and business travelers alike who value excellent affordable accommodation."

"The property is located in business area. The hotel has an access to the mall, reason why you don’t have to worry where to eat, where to shop and where to hangout. The staff are very gracious and polite to help you. Buffet breakfast is a must for all to avail yourself when you book this property because of its wide selection and good food tastes. I used the gym twice during my stay. It’s small but enough to satisfy my need. Overall, I’m going to stay in Seda Ayala central block when I visit Cebu on the next Sinulog Fiesta."

"✔️Location: good if you are shopping to Ayala or SM, accessible to both ❌Food: not so good choices. Also I booked 1 adult then 2kids. In other hotels, Seda, Parklane, Shangri-La, they don't let me add an additional fee as the breakfast is already good for two adults so the 2 kids are good as 1 adult. But here, I have to add payment. Also, on our 2nd day, a group went down at 7am for breakfast, apparently few food left. ❌Service: I asked for a room service as their vault is not functioning. Called 5x but its been more than 2 hrs and no one came. Handsoap (refilled) is empty. No bathroom tissues either which is essential as I have kids. ❌Security: I think its not 24/7 as no one manned the entrance during day time. High possibility of outsiders to get inside the hotel."

"The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel."

We love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home

You know what you are getting with a holiday inn and yet I was very impressed with this one. Almost business traveller standards with good pillows, good shampoo / body wash, and a great breakfast. All in all this hotel exceed my expectations. This was just a passing visit on my way to Malapascua, but if I needed to do a transit night in cebu again this would definitely be my go to.

Lex'i sabah saat 2.30'da uçup Oslob'a doğru yola çıkmadan önce uyumak için kullandık. Hizmet kusursuzdu, kahvaltıda gereken her şey vardı, oda tertemizdi ve yatak rahattı. Personel çok cana yakındı... neredeyse herkes size daha fazla yardımcı olamazdı, kahvaltı bekleyen personelden check-in işlemlerine (geç check-out imkanı sunulur), kapı görevlilerine kadar. Teşekkür ederim.

We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

Eşim oğlum ve ben Deluxe Deniz Manzaralı Oda'da bir gece kaldık. Cebu'da çok ünlü olmasının yanı sıra şık bir otel olduğu göz önüne alındığında burada kalmak çok ucuz. Neredeyse 12 yıldır burada yaşadığım ve insanların sürekli bundan bahsettiği için burayı denemek istedim. Harika mobilyalara sahip güzel bir otel. Zeminimiz çok sessizdi, klima soğuktu ve su sıcaktı. Her ne kadar şok olsam da yatakta yorgan yoktu yine de üşümüyorduk. Duşun kapısı ya da avlusu yoktu. Zemin su ile ıslanmıştı ve oraya havlu koymamıza rağmen yürümeye başlayan oğlumuz neredeyse birkaç kez kayıyordu. Akşam yemeğini İtalyan restoranında yedik. Burger yedim, karım dana eti ve oğlumuz da biberli pizza yedim. Ayrıca tatlı olarak bir Corona, iki kolalı dondurma ve yaban mersinli cheesecake yedik. Öğrendiğimiz akşam yemeği büfesi 1.900 php idi, bu yüzden buna değeceğini düşünmedik. Çok güvenli bir yer ve sessiz

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, overall the experience was good, the room was spacious and I asked for a balcony - I got a small balcony but with a rusty railing with fragments, without a table or chair. The room itself has a smart TV which is good. The shower and toilet looked a bit outdated. I must mention that the service of the hotel employees was very good! From the maid to the receptionist.

Check in and check out was very quick and service was excellent from all employees. The hotel itself is pretty standard and ordinary but great value. They have a well heated bathtub. Rooftop bar was a little smaller than i expected but twas still pretty overlooking the city. They had a band the night we stayed which was a Saturday. And most importantly, free parking is available in front of the hotel and basement. Buffet was decent as well. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you for having me and my little family.

I loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing. Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me. During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting. Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.

All destination is for 19th floor. And then you transfer to the other elevator for 20 to 40. The best VIEW! We stayed at 2907 (29th floor). Choose the sea view. And you’ll wake up to the magnificent Mactan Channel and the the beautiful Cebu Skyline. Big beds, marble comfort rooms.
