"The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout."

"The hotel is a normal four-star hotel, but the room is quite large, with a bathtub, a comfy bed, and a view of the swimming pool from the balcony. All of the workers are pleasant and provide fantastic service. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach behind it. There is a 7/11 convenience store near the hotel's entrance. It is located on the major road, just ten minutes from Hua Hin's downtown. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's worth the money."

"Hotel location is exceptional and close to the beach. Guests are overcrowded on weekend, insufficient common space including breakfast. The line for Moo-Ping is too long and table turnovrr takes so long as well. Good but nit worth for money that I have paid."

"Older but clean and well maintained hotel covering beach road to back road. Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run. Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis. Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings. Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly. Staff both in reception and bkft friendly and warm."

Lullaby the Sea Hua Hin – ที่พักสุดสบาย เงียบสงบ ติดทะเล Lullaby the Sea Hua Hin เป็นที่พักที่ให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและเป็นส่วนตัวมาก ๆ แม้เข้าพัก 3 คน ก็ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัดเลย บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนจริง ๆ ตัวโรงแรมติดชายหาดที่คนไม่พลุกพล่าน ทำให้ได้สัมผัสทะเลแบบส่วนตัวสุด ๆ ห้องพักมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ราคาอาจจะสูงหน่อย แต่ถือว่าคุ้มค่าเมื่อเทียบกับสิ่งที่ได้รับ แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ที่นอนนุ่มสบาย จากุซซี่ดีมาก แช่น้ำผ่อนคลายสุด ๆ ห้องน้ำกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีเครื่องชงกาแฟพร้อมแคปซูล ขนมทานเล่น และอาหารเช้าที่อร่อยมาก โดยเฉพาะกาแฟสด เราจัดไปวันละสองแก้ว ลาเต้ร้อนคือดี! มีกิจกรรมให้ทำ เช่น ปั่นจักรยานเล่นรอบที่พัก แต่ถ้ามีจักรยานให้บริการมากกว่านี้จะดีมาก Smart TV ดู Netflix และ YouTube ได้แบบจุใจ นอกจากนี้ยังมีโต๊ะทำงานพร้อมปลั๊กไฟเพียงพอ เหมาะกับคนที่ต้องการพักผ่อนและทำงานไปพร้อมกัน โดยรวมแล้ว เป้นที่พักที่ใส่ใจรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆได้ดีมาก เป็นที่พักที่ให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายสุด ๆ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการมาพักแบบชิล ๆ ติดทะเล เงียบสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย พนักงานบริการดี น่ารักมาก

I experienced electricity blackouts 2 times while I was in the shower, making me uncomfortable. The hotel should make sure if the electricity supply is enough.

Felt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

Very disappointed on my 2nd stay with this hotel. I used to like but I will try other hotel next round. 1.) Room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. 2.) Housekeeping not done well. Bedsheet was not tucked into the bed 3.) Towel not clean 4.) They moved all house guests to thai restaurant for breakfast. Didn't like the place. Small and food not refilled fast once run out. Used plates on table was not cleared fast. It was due to wedding events. Unfortunate and disappointed. The photo I attached was breakfast on first day. Nice ambience but not 2nd day. Didn't enjoy my stay. Didn't expect the cleanliness fall below my expectation for dusit thani brand.

Sheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made. We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well. However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet. Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them. The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

Pros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient  on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded  by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store. Location  is very convenient with parking.  Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4)  ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.  Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

The room size is great and very comfortable. But no sink near the mini bar is a bit strange with the layout. Also no separation/door between the toilet and shower area? The balcony is spacious, but there were so many dead bugs on the outdoor mattress…. Not hard to dust them off, but why it wasn’t cleaned before? The breakfast was good with their order to table menu, but the buffet area was just okay. The juice seems not the fresh-made kind but from the pre-packaged kind. The outdoor area was superb and relaxing. The price is very good for what you get. Just hope the hotel can do better with the details. Nice shuttle service to the convenient store near the main road. But it’s not easy to get around, better to go with a car.

I love this place so much ! You can see the whole sea view from your room. Nice place with a good price and a good vibes. About the hotel service & operation, Overall is good but there’s still some point to improve. The receptionist needs to be more professional when you communicate with the customer. It’s the main station that customer will received satisfaction but i can feel it just a little. Hope your operation will be more stable. I truly admired staff who work in the hotel’s restaurant also the porter. Thank you so much for working with a good service mind.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
