Plaja sadece birkaç saniye uzaklıkta, güzel ve küçük bir tatil köyü! Merkezde güzel bir havuz da var. Yemek için, plaj boyunca birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde bazı iyi deniz ürünleri restoranları bulunuyor veya sizi şehir merkezine götürecek bir araba çağırabilirsiniz, bu da yaklaşık 15-20 dakika sürüyor. The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout.

I experienced electricity blackouts 2 times while I was in the shower, making me uncomfortable. The hotel should make sure if the electricity supply is enough.

A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance.

We absolutely love staying here! The atmosphere is great, and the overall experience has been wonderful. The only downside is that the bed is a bit too soft for our preference, which caused some back discomfort. Other than that, everything has been fantastic. The breakfast is truly outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for a relaxing getaway!

Felt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

Sheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made. We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well. However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet. Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them. The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

Gerçekten biraz eski, eski bir otel, ses yalıtımı yok, klima gürültülü ve plaja biraz uzak. Ama 300 yuan karşılığında kapıyı açıp bu eşsiz deniz manzarasını görebiliyorsunuz, yani seçici davranacak bir şey yok. Otelin yüzme havuzu da çok güzel, çocuklar da çok beğeniyor.
