What a wonderful stay in a great central location. Room and bed were great and the premier plus well worth it to feel that little bit more pampered! Whole thing made even better by being met and greeted by Lille. She was so helpful and made us feel personally welcomed. Would recommend this for a night or a week. Very comfy.

We spent three nights, the hotel is so central for everything, the plus room was great, comfy bed and what a shower. The receptionist Lille, was super helpful, helping with directions and best places to see and visit. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d def stay again. Great experience all together

We booked this hotel in order to attend two MozartFest concerts at the Assembly Rooms. The location is ideal for access to Bath city centre and all the attractions. Our check-in was brilliantly conducted by Lille, a people person if ever there was one, who was enormously helpful and friendly. Our room was a Premier Plus room on the third floor - big bed, fridge, chairs, a lot of space, and a bath with high grade shower. The room service was excellent and very thorough. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a buffet with plentiful supplies of everything you could desire. The cooked breakfast was the best I have ever had in a Premium Inn - all freshly cooked and of good quality. The restaurant staff were all first class. We hope to return soon! Thank you to all the staff.

Great location as It’s nearby many attractions. My room was near the entrance way and so I had muffled music from the pub or club over the weekend which isn’t the best as well as door closing and general noise. The toilet had a stain but everything else seemed clean. Couldn’t open the window not even a top one for some air, really strange design.

A lovely comfy bed staff made you feel welcome hotel in great position in the town about 10 mins walk from train station and just a few mins for bus station there is a nice bar/restaurant area in the hotel even though I didn't eat there there is plenty of choice

We have stayed here quite a few times and always happy with the standard of the hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, I've not had a bad experience will therefore continue to use it on a regular basis.

One of the cleanest hotels we have been in . Great room. Comfortable bed with great pillows . We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning. Huge selection on the continental and lovely cooked items as well . All very fresh . Staff fantastic .

Forced into the Travelodge, simply because we are a family of 3, which not many people cater for. A bonus as they accept dogs, which was brilliant. Hotel was quiet & no outside noise. But. Room stuffy, bath didn’t drain when having a shower & shower gel dispenser empty (seems to becoming a theme with Travelodge). Feels like they’re not overly bothered about customer service. Hard to find, in the one way streets & apparently no internet in Bath (not the hotel’s fault), but also really tough to find a parking space (Saturday afternoon shoppers). Having to fork out nearly £20 to park, on top of paying for a hotel room & breakfast (which they don’t offer, other than a ‘packed lunch’ version). Not the best, but I’m not sure they’re overly bothered.
