"Nice, friendly and cosy hotel. Was not aware that car park was £15 per night. 15 mins walk into town. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning during the hot summer, and despite the 2 elections fans placed in the room, it was still rather hot in the room."

"The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but a hotel this nice definitely has a good breakfast. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's about a six-minute walk to the center. I look forward to returning. The only thing I didn't like was that we specifically requested a quiet location, away from the elevator. However, they had assigned it directly across from the staff room, and almost every 10 minutes, someone would come in and out, and the door would slam, which started early in the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards."

"What a lovely hotel !! For the price I paid I was very impressed with the hotel and the service. Very clean, plenty of staff. Room spotless and new and bright. Shower marvelous, as was breakfast. They kept my bag for me so I could have a wander around before my train home. Superb. Will definitely stay again. Bath was beautiful in sunset."

"Great view and location. Lovely staff and great amenities. The walk up the hill from the centre of bath was the only slight downside but Bath’s hills cannot be helped and the hotel was perfect otherwise."
