"There are signs to save water but it takes about 8 minutes to get hot water into the room, the fire alarm light flashed all night every night,very disturbing.Had requested single beds but was given a queen bed which was very cramped. Our last stay a few years ago pay tv was included but this time we had to pay ourselves.I would not recommend this hotel again , very disappointed."

"Location was great .However the executive room we had for three days was average. Upon arrival the room looked cleaned but was very infested with insects and huntsmen spiders, carpet needed cleaning as many small cockroaches along the walls. Bathroom tap was loose and toilet roll holder falling apart, spa bath was cracked , shower screen leaks water. Aircon needs a good clean and the room itself needs a full fresh coat of paint , better lighting and cleaner bed sheets. Reception was great and friendly. Would I stay there again ….NO Very disappointing especially for what we paid for an executive room with a view to an old house where the occupants can see in your room which means the curtains will need to be shut 24/7."

"The studio cabin itself was great. Convenient location, clean and very affordable. The only negative is the bed was absolutely horrific, so very soft and lumpy - to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement. In saying that, what may be uncomfortable for some may be perfectly suitable for others. I would book again and just hope the beds in the other cabins are more comfortable - my back is pretty ruined."
