"This is one of those no people motels, everything is online but when I arrived to check in the girl online was kind of hostile, not wanting to accept my passport. Then after completing this rather laborious process I just sat (outside in the cold) and waited. I finally called back and a different girl, pleasant but a bureaucrat led me through the process again and I finally got my code to get in my room. More than 1/2 hour. the internet was non existent. I could log on but there was 0 bandwidth. I texted management but there was no response. The room itself was nice, everything clean and neat, even a box milk for my morning coffee. Avoid this place! It’s not cheap and it’s a hassle. If you need internet you’ll use your phone."

"There are signs to save water but it takes about 8 minutes to get hot water into the room, the fire alarm light flashed all night every night,very disturbing.Had requested single beds but was given a queen bed which was very cramped. Our last stay a few years ago pay tv was included but this time we had to pay ourselves.I would not recommend this hotel again , very disappointed."

"Going to the Blue Mountains to explore autumn 🍂 Along the way, we passed a hotel where we stayed overnight. The facilities and rooms were similar to those of a motel. The breakfast is country-style, which is not bad. I don’t recommend anything else. I won’t go there again."

"i came in here initially to escape the rain and decided to have a bite to eat while here. the burger was nice but overpriced and the bun was too small for the burger. there was a good selection of craft beers on tap. staff were friendly. looked clean."
