Very beautiful and clean boutique hotel, clear and simple checkin instructions for us even as we got there after regular hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would happily stay here again.

Such a greatful place

Excellent little hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Good breakfast and Service is ok. Only two drawbacks: there is no elevator. Many stairs to handle luggage. And second No luggage storage room offered. If you have a late flight it can be a problem. The manager offered a locker service in the city area, but allowed to let us leave our luggage at the lobby area as an exception. Anyhow I recommend this hotel while visiting Venice

雖然在我們入住之前，酒店通知我們發生水管的問題，但酒店很快便提供解決方案。酒店安排我們住在附近的一所公寓，居住的面積比之前那一間房間還大，而且還是兩層的公寓。雖然要把行李抬到公寓裏面，但住得很愉快。 雖然要把行李抬上房間，但是酒店女職員也有幫我們把行李抬到公寓裏面，省卻我多走兩遍。非常感激他們！

The location of this B&B/hotel was great. Very easy to walk around Venice from. However, it was not the most comfortable place. We were in the room closest to the front door and unfortunately could hear everything when people entered the building and if people were talking. It was very uncomfortable to have such interrupted sleep the two nights we were there. Additionally, the duvet cover on the bed was stained and very old without a cover on top of it.

Clean and comfortable hotel, but it's location isn't very close to the airport. You have to get a taxi for 20 euros if you have a night flight

Otel tren istasyonunun yakınında yer alıyor, bölge iyi. Arc de Triomphe, Louvre ve Paris'in diğer turistik yerlerine yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Eksilerinden biri, klima sıcaklığının resepsiyonda ayarlanması gerekiyor, önceden ayarlanmış olandan daha yüksek/daha düşük bir değere değiştirilemiyor. Çıkış işlemi çok uzun.

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

The location is very good, just in front of train station. Only one thing is that a bit difficult to find the place as it is one of the apartments and the name is written small beside the bell. The room is big and clean.
