I really liked this hotel. It is new, stylish, with spacious rooms and all the amenities. The breakfasts were delicious. And the price was attractive. But this hotel is definitely not designed for tourists from outside China. Misunderstandings arose even before we checked into the hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I was told that I had to call the hotel to request it. I replied that I didn't have a SIM card and didn't speak Chinese. None of the assistants at the airport spoke English either, and I couldn't ask them to call for me because they didn't understand me! It turned out that the shuttle runs on a schedule and there was no need to call anyone. The problem was simply to send me the schedule, not to get on my nerves with pointless calls.

Cleanliness: Good. Room is well-cleaned. Location: it's in a small alley, which it is a little shaddy at night. I took train from the airport, when i reach Dengshikou, i have to carry my luggage and walk up the stairs. There is no lift/escalator at the train station exit. No supper spot nearby as well. Service: when we reach the hotel, it was 7-8pm. The hotel takes very long to help us to do the check-in. End up, the hotel bring us to a small room at the ground floor at another block. Per hotel personnel, the hotel is fully booked and we reached there very late, they are running out if rooms for us. So they can only give us a smaller room. There is no compensation on this. Amenities: well-equipped with washing machine and dryer. But it is forever filled with people doing laundry

Fantastic location if you have an early or late train arrival into Beijing South station. The hotel really is within easy walking distance of the station, and it is all on big roads and doesn't require much navigation at all i.e., you can almost see the station from the hotel - you just have to walk towards it! Rooms are big enough for an overnight stay, though there isn't much space for luggage storage if you have more than one big bag. Room is clean and very warm (possibly too warm, if such a thing exists in the Beijing wintertime!), and I'm glad I booked the no-window room as this meant a very dark room, great for sleeping. Soundproofing is also very good, I didn't hear any neighbours, and only some sounds from the hallway as people were coming and going in the morning, but not loud enough to disrupt sleep. There didn't seem to much around though, just a small supermarket, wet market, and handful of local eateries.

When we checked in, the staff was very nice to us...they also give us free ride to the nearest subway station the next day...The breakfast served was also very nice quite a lot of choice..And most of all I love the room . it's very well designed for guest.Very comfortable stay...there was also a park that looks like a little forest nearby, I wished I had time to explore it cause It looks so nice...Hanting hotel are recommended hotel ..👌

Room is clean and very comfortable, even though it's a bit on the small side. Excellently located, very close to subway station, stores and restaurant options. After check-out, hotel will keep luggage for the day if requested.
