Booked this for my elderly parents and they were full of praise for the staff and the hotel. They said the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and elegant. They loved the tea and snacks provided. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking care of my parents!

Great location, tucked away in one of the many Hutong’s in Beijing. It was right beside the beautiful Houhai lake. Was greeted by a nice chap at the reception called Damon, very helpful with our check-in. Kitty was very friendly and thoughtful during our stay. Overall, an excellent hotel in Beijing. Location was good, close to many of Beijings famous landmarks and service was nice. Thanks!

I have had many staycations in Beijing, but Blossom was just THE PERFECT one for me. I loved the location and easy access to Houhai lake, such a plus. I loved my room with balcony onto the lake. I loved listening to the lake life and watching the exercising. The room was spacious and lovely. I loved the convenience of having Peach delivered to your door and having Fork TRB on the premises. My only suggestion would be a pillow menu and more options for expats for TV Channels. I also loved loved the smell of the hotel. Service was top notch thank you to. Jack and Allen for taking good care of me. Will be back soon.

I really enjoyed the service in Blossom hotel like the front desk, the concieage and as well as the cleaning staff. Their warm welcoming made my stay like home away from home. I especially like to thank the following staff who went out of the way to assist me during my stay, namely, 小鄭，楠楠，小石 and Nancy. Blossom Hotel is very lucky to have them as staff member.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a wonderful, historic and convenient location with modern and comfortable interiors while preserving ancient Chinese architecture. Manager Mr. Liu and his excellent team ensured we were well taken care of with attention to details while maintaining warm, sincere smiles throughout.

the hotel is quite good quality, with ample rooms with good finishes, and the location is really nice. however, it is the service that makes a huge difference here. they have been very accommodating during our stay, helping us to deal with different issues proactively yet kindly. I totally recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were also highly commendable. We left an AirTag at the hotel. The staff went looking for it several times. They finally found it and offered to ship it to me for free. I am so grateful!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It truly deserves five stars for its top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location. I can't wait to visit again!
