This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! Quickly do check-in/out, Room facilities, Great location, Varied breakfast and Great value for money. All in all, the staff were very friendly and effective (specially appreciated you Lucky, Lisa and Byron) we were treated like VIPs!!!

Great location, good service, quiet, private, no issues! Breakfast was a bit busy in the mornings, but it was May holiday and the staff recommended to show up outside of peak times. Great time!

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. The location was ideal for me as it is close to my friend’s apartment and our meeting place. My sole purpose for traveling in Beijing was to attend my friend’s birthday celebration. The Hoyle was close to everything I wanted to go to.
The rooms are quite basic and clean. Toiletries you obtain from when you check in. This is something new to me.
It included breakfast but I had a busy schedule and didn’t visit any of their restaurants in the hotel.
If I had to go back to Beijing. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for the 4th time it never disappoints the staff at front desk are always helpful and the ladies and gentlemen who work in the dinning hall are super friendly and kind.Its the best hotel to stay in because it's close to all the great places to go to in Beijing super convenient .Thank you for the great stay

Best hotel in Beijing. I stay here everytime I come and I'm never disappointed. Great breakfast, drinks on arrival, and comfortable rooms.

Great service! The room was comfortable. They provided plenty of water, for which we were grateful. Everyone was attentive and helpful.
The hotel found my ID card and contacted Trip.com immediately, which I appreciated.
I would recommend the hotel and stay again.
