Lotus Thai Resort

We had a great stay in one of their couple's cabind. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were all polite and helpful. It is in a lovely picturesque location that wasn't too crowded or noisey even though it was a national holiday. Their thai food was also delicious and we visited a few different restaurants and coffee shops nearby. If you are up for abit of a walk there is lots to do in the area.

Relaxing stay. Good food. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Ask for a cottage up the hill to avoid noice from main building.

Great place to stay if you enjoy nature. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely big patio and the restaurant food is great. Important to note that there are restaurants and bars in the area but they only open at 11am so come prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Would visit again.

Accommodation: The cabin we booked is the Sky cabin, 3 bedroom with a living room and Balcony. It’s amazing! The bedrooms have very nice sheets, cushion and windows. The balcony has a nice view, the space is perfect for friends who want to bond and do team building. There are even squirrels jumping on the trees. I feel like communing with nature once more. We suggest to bring coffee sachets, and other add ons because there are no complimentary items in the room. So better bring your own. Service: 10/10 - The Manager and Staff are very friendly! Definitely two thumbs up for customer service. They go the extra mile for you. The receptionist named Joanna can speak English and she is of big help esp to foreigners. Since our cabin is way up the hill, we choose not to go down and rather they go up and deliver everything we need. I suggest they put a QR code in their rooms so that it will be easier to access them. There are no phones for room service so you might as well bring everything you need before going up. We hope this is improved. Food Service: 11/10 The food is quick! And tastes excellent. It is a Thai resort so food choices are Thai. We strongly recommend the Tom Yum, Ribs, Curry and Roasted Chicken. Amenities: There’s ATV/UTV available in the area. So fun for experience and if you are an adventurous person. It will be more fun with friends actually. We went on a rainy day so the trail might be dangerous so we didn’t avail. Also, their barbecue area is closed which is sad. We brought our own food for barbecue and they cooked it for us instead. Overall, the experience is good. Hoping to have a better experience and be able to do the barbecue on warmer days. 😊

Disappointed from the hotel. Service and cleanliness not satisfying.

Nice hotel but 40 minutes from great wall
