The hotel I stayed in temporarily in the rain was unexpectedly good. The room was very spacious, the sofa was very comfortable, and the rainy night was reading under the floor lamp, which was very rural. Camden State Park It’s good to climb up and see the scenery for a short walk.

DON'T stay here, if you're a 5-star snob expecting concierge service and breakfast mimosas in bed. DO stay here if you're looking for a comfortable bed in the CLEANEST hotel/motel room you have ever experienced. This place is clearly old, but the owners have kept it up great. The rooms (at least ours) have recent paint, and laminate fllors. The bathroom is all ceramic tiled and nice, though small. What really knocked me over is how CLEAN the room was!! I mean, it was like ”we're trying to hide a murder” clean. Mr. Monk would definitely approve! The bedding was crisp and clean and had no holes too. This was definitely not expected at its ”budget” price.

Comfortable, friendly service, and appreciate pet friendly rooms. Rates are reasonable and room fridges allowed us to take a few special items for our breakfast that aren’t available in the basic breakfast room.
