Good new property in good location. Need to take a little more on check in preparation to ensure the rooms are warmer or heat up properly as seems to be controlled from a central system

The room was lovely and clean. And the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. My room was ready early which was great.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Changed our room to one with a bath. Shame there wasn't any hot water at night or in the morning.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel its an excellent location, but has a few down side, like, no set down parking outside hotel so you have to dodge parking attendants while unloading bags at the hotel, and the parking offering for the hotel was at the Value Carpark which was too far away and very expensive

The staff at Ten Square were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Room was ready early; they took my bags in so I could rush off; allowed me to check out late and kept my bags safe after check out too, allowing me to explore Belfast bag-free until my departure.
Would definitely stay again, thank you to everyone there.

The room was a little on the small side and noisy due to the position (near a lift). Other than that the hotel was clean, modern and grand for our stay

Location was fab. All staff were super friendly, hotel was very busy and had Christmas parties ongoing - no problem with noise. Beds super comfortable
