The hotel itself is elegantly decorated. While the room might not be overly spacious, it's incredibly well-equipped. This triple room even came with a small kitchen and a microwave! Given the limited dining options in Northern Ireland, being able to heat up food in the room is a great dinner choice."

"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

The room was very comfortable, and the house and location was beautiful. Elizabeth treated us to an incredible breakfast in the morning -- everything was delicious and served with such care. Couldn't recommend enough!!"

"Great location, 5 minute walk to Grand Central train and bus station, lots of nice pubs and places of interest nearby. Greeted with a smile at reception and check-in was very straightforward. My room was on the second floor and wasn’t disturbed during the night with any noise. Bathroom had lots of towels and the bonus of a deep bathtub, perfect after a long day walking! Tea and coffee-making facilities and lots of pillows in the room too, would definitely stay again when back in Belfast"

"It was a gorgeous place to be honest, nice aesthetics and all, calm environment, so this place is a beautiful place to stay in. My only problem was they couldn’t check me in earlier, so I had to sit elsewhere for 7 hours waiting for my check in time since I flew into Belfast at 8am. I called them to get checked in @12 but they couldn’t make that happen. Got in at 3pm though, 1hr earlier than the original time."

"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."

The lighted makeup mirror was a real bonus! Every single member of staff was exceptional! All smiling and chatting with ease! Such a huge credit to the hotel and the management! Nothing was too much bother! We will definitely be back!"

"The hotel is in a great location, with many good restaurants nearby. The sights around the city hall are easily accessible on foot. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three suitcases, and the continental breakfast was generous. There's no parking available, so you'll need to follow the parking map provided by the front desk. Parking is also very close to the hotel and costs 22 euros per day for an overnight stay."
