"This is not a hotel; it’s a very old house. The bedroom is completely separate from the bathroom and toilet. You literally have to lock your bedroom door, walk into a shared hallway, unlock the bathroom door, and then lock everything back up just to return to your room. This is nowhere to be seen in the photos, and they never mentioned it in the description. There isn't even a sink in the room; you basically have to migrate somewhere else for anything other than sleeping in your bed. I didn't book breakfast, so I have no comment on that. However, the hygiene was unacceptable. When I entered the room, I found a latex in the room. I sent a photo to the reception, but they didn't even bother to send an apology message and completely ignored me after seeing it. Also, don't book this place for the parking, it is always full. You can easily park on the street at almost any other hotel anyway. I absolutely do not recommend this place."

It is easy to reach and convenient for travellers. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and polite during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was basic but good for the price. Overall, this is a good value-for-money hotel if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Belfast. I would recommend it for solo travellers, couples, or short business trips."

"Dear Sir, I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. "Excellent location, easily walkable to the university quarter and botanic gardens. Small high street within few minutes. Hotel rooms and apartments in adjoining crescent buildings. Hotel rooms recently opened and well decorated. Ours had slightly industrial feel, with wood, metal and exposed brick. Good breakfast from open kitchen. Dinner served in the bar into the evening. Dietary requirements addressed. Well trained and enthusiastic staff went the extra mile with welcome and attention to detail."

The room was spacious enough to accommodate three suitcases, and the continental breakfast was generous. There's no parking available, so you'll need to follow the parking map provided by the front desk. Parking is also very close to the hotel and costs 22 euros per day for an overnight stay."
