Resepsiyon personeli çok yardımcıydı ve herhangi bir sorunda hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oldular (o gün yetersiz klima/ısıtma nedeniyle oda değiştirmem istendi). "There is no separate toilet. We booked a suite for three people. When we checked in in the afternoon, the sofa bed was not made. Bath towels and other utensils for the third person were not provided until we came back from dinner. Because it is a seaside city, the air is very good. I slept well at night. "I think this was a really nice hotel. Comfortable bed and room. I really liked the desk and chair. Good breakfast. The only thing I didn't like is that unlike most other hotels, when leaving the room you need to lock the door yourself by swiping the keycard on the lock. The location is a bit remote, but on the other hand this is a great "base camp" if you're planning to hike Mt Ulriken for example. And the walk to the city center is only 30 min or so."
