Our suite was beautiful, sparkling clean, airy and wonderfully quiet! The owner as well as the cleaning lady are extremely friendly. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and safe and you can get to all the sights by bus or tram. As we were in Bern in August the suite in the 2nd floor was rather warm and the air humid. The 2 mobile air cons didn't really do their job. So we absolutely had to keep the windows open throughout the night which brought us lots of moskito bites. But that was the only "down side". Other than that, our 2 kids and we felt more than comfortable in suite Ilaria! Thanks for that!

The accommodation was easy to find and very clean! Communication was straightforward as was the trip into Bern and Bern Old Town - #8 tram takes you directly to the heart of Bern, central to almost everything. Information provided in the check in folder, to assist in planning our day, was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a stress free stay! My only negative was 2 X pre-authorizations against our account - our bank charges these amounts then refunds the value later. As no warning was given, these could cause some stress to those on a budget or those already traveling and suddenly feeling they have a cashflow issue. Overall this negative did not impact the quality of service or the enjoyment of our stay.

Very clean suite, everything we needed was there (large refregirator, cooking utensils, coffee machine, dishwasher), very large and comfortable bed, perfect location for family activities and quiet neighborhood. The service is amazing, cleaning service everyday is very helpful. We definitely recommend!

Very nice and modern place, comfortable and friendly. Our stay was perfect. Clean, close to the public traffic so we could easily go to the center. We had fresh fruits , tea and coffee inside. It was a lovely stay, would be happy to come again.

The suites are very cozy, fully equipped with the necessary amenities. It's quiet and safe in a lovely neighbourhood. The staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any needs. Would strongly recommend it.

The property is very clean, exceeded my expectations. They provided basic necessities, towels, toiletries, kitchen is well equipped. Linens and beddings are clean and comfortable. There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

The room was really cozy and of a suitable size for 3 people. There were sufficient amenities for us to cook a meal and the place was really clean. Claude was really friendly too! The place was around 15-20min from the city Center

Amazing apartment everything was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! The host has thought of all the details, and I especially appreciate the lovely bedding. Public transport is easily accessible from here.

It’s a cosy apartment in a residential area! Very quaint! Easily navigable! I was allowed early check in & both check in and check out was absolutely hassle free! The cleaner use to clean the room everyday with disposal of trash which was actually beyond my expectations! The furnished kitchen , bed room etc met my expectations!
