"Otel çok güzeldi ve bu Avrupa seyahatindeki en memnun edici oteldi. Muhtemelen uzun bir geçmişi olan eski bir otel. Personel sıcakkanlı ve düşünceli. Biraz erken vardık ve bagajlarımızı resepsiyona bıraktık. Check-in yapmak için geri döndüğümüzde, bagajlarımız çoktan odamızdaydı, bu çok düşünceli bir davranıştı. Oda çok temizdi. Otel çok popüler ve restoran her gün kalabalık. Otel iyi bir konumda. Şehir merkezine uzak olsa da, otelin konaklanan gece sayısına göre ücretsiz ulaşım kartları sağlaması nedeniyle sorun olmuyor. 6 numaralı otobüs hemen kapının önünde ve şehir merkezine gidiyor, bu da çok kullanışlı. Tek sorun, yazın sıcak olabilen klimanın olmaması. Geceleri pencereleri açmak çok serin ama oldukça gürültülü, bu nedenle yazın pencereler kapalıyken uyumak biraz havasız olabilir. Otel düşünceli bir şekilde bir vantilatör takmış olsa da, İsviçre otellerinde klimaya izin verilmediği söyleniyor. Sanırım çatı katındaki bir odada kaldığımız için biraz sıcaktı. "We had a wonderful stay at this charming , beautiful, old world style hotel. Don’t miss the incredible jazz club downstairs with talented performers and a devoted friendly crowd. The owners are hands on and pay attention to every detail. The staff is the sweetest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are immaculately clean , beds comfortable and have lovely views. The location is perfect - just out of the bustle and noise of Bern but a quick ride in. The bus ride is free with your stay and stops right in front of the hotel. The restaurant serves lovely dinners and the breakfast is a dream , your cappuccino surrounded by a view of the alps. A favorite memory is having an afternoon drink in the beautiful park cafe , with locals popping in to meet friends or playing a game of mini golf with their kids. The surrounding area is gorgeous for a walk or bike ride. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bern. I miss it already !"

The only downside was the shower room, which felt a bit small. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness!"

"It was a very pleasant stay experience. The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. Although it is an old house, the facilities are simple and the details are well maintained. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. There are trams nearby that can directly go to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us introduce the most suitable tour route with a map, which saved us time. The breakfast is traditional European style, the freshly baked croissants are crispy and delicious with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the lady in the restaurant is also very attentive. It is recommended to contact us in advance if you check in late. The working hours in Europe are not 24 hours. I remembered the wrong time for breakfast on the last day. When we arrived, breakfast was being collected, but we were still allowed to grab bread to eat on the way. I agreed to write a review to my boss, hoping he could understand Chinese."
