"The member of staff (Danielle) was on her own and poorly poor girl. Our first room stank of smoke, she happily moved us and made new beds up for the kids while we were out. Unfortunately there were only 2 towels for 4 us, the door handle fell off, but went back on. The restaurant was closed as only her and in the morning they ran out of eggs for breakfast. Was all a bit disappointing tbh. Wouldn’t go back."

"We enjoyed our night away. Fantastic location. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Full English was great and the continental was lovely as well. Cooked fresh and hot. We had an evening meal, which was delicious. Only downside was our room (Charles 1) had really thin walls. We could hear everything from next door .Unfortunately we had really noisy inconsiderate neighbours until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault .We would definitely stay again and we would recommend staying here"

"Well don't moan our room was a Clean, comfy pillows not stained tea coffee . A fridge a microwave parking with permit large TV ensuite room . What do u want for the price location perfect. We have stayed in more expencive hotel and paint work as used smaller TVs this is a lovely place with no frills but frill a gem and prices appropriate"
