"Room extremely hot, air con was not working at all and the window could not be opened ( hotel policy). Complained at reception but nothing could be done. Had to leave at 5am because it was so hot. It was cooler outside but due to the window not opening we could not get any air into the room. Very disappointed"

"Well don't moan our room was a Clean, comfy pillows not stained tea coffee . A fridge a microwave parking with permit large TV ensuite room . What do u want for the price location perfect. We have stayed in more expencive hotel and paint work as used smaller TVs this is a lovely place with no frills but frill a gem and prices appropriate"

"We enjoyed our night away. Fantastic location. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Full English was great and the continental was lovely as well. Cooked fresh and hot. We had an evening meal, which was delicious. Only downside was our room (Charles 1) had really thin walls. We could hear everything from next door .Unfortunately we had really noisy inconsiderate neighbours until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault .We would definitely stay again and we would recommend staying here"
