The trip was pleasant the area isn't the best but was good for the price.

The main hotel staff were good and provided us with plates and forks for a takeaway we ordered. The room was massive and comfortable with 2 side beds and a main big bed in the middle. The bathroom was average at best but had decent hot showers in it. Only thing is that it needs better ventilation

Room was big we had a extra single bed which didn't do anything but imagine it would be useful for families with multiple kids, our room didn't get cleaned one night but we did forget to put up the sign so our fault. Staff was lovely and had a great interaction with them everytime. Useful if you just need a place to crash for the night, we were here for a convention so did the job

Bed was sloping to the middle - uncared for and poor quality mattress / divan. Walls in bathroom have brown staining and mould up and around every surface… bedroom hadn’t been cleaned - balloon under bed, dirty room, sellotape holding picture frame together, and then outside the gutters above and below our window are so broken when it rained it overflowed creating a lot of noise… the room got hot in the night despite no heater being on, and the water from the tap was constantly lukewarm so therefore undrinkable… poorly maintained and a real let down

the hotel was clean and peaceful, the hotel room was lush and mega comfy bed. highly recommend! mcdonald’s was right next door that was the highlight of our stay lmaooo

Very good customer service. Staff are welcoming and attentive to your needs as well as the housekeeping team who give you anything you need. We heard the hotel was freshly painted recently rooms are in a good condition, basic but clean and tidy. It was a good stay.

Cracked sink. Soap dispenser broken. Rusty plughole. Torn curtains. Holes in bed sheets. No USB ports. Overpriced compared to state of rooms. Would seek another hotel if in area again.

I had a very nice and relaxing stay at the hotel, the staff were nice and it was very easy and quick to check in. The hotel is close to food places and public transport.

Hotel was easy to find, just off a main road with shops. Plenty of room in the car park, looked safe to leave the car. Check in was quick and easy, little dated having to use an actual key rather than a room card. Room was very large, basic Travelodge but everything we needed for the night.
