Premier Inn Birmingham City (Waterloo St)

Upon arrival we were met by a lovely lady called Christine who was very chatty, friendly and bubbly. Our rooms were ready so we dropped off our luggage and went out. We found this hotel perfectly located for bars and restaurants and rooms very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was well worth paying for. We've stayed here 4 times now and never had any issues at all. Highly recommend.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we always have a great stay. Perfect location for visiting Birmingham and an easy walk from the train station. Rooms are very cosy, clean and comfortable. Delicious and tasty breakfast. Receptionist Christine was so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, so helpful and a great sense of humour. This lady is as asset to Premier Inn! Looking forward to our next visit.

Great value hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Considering the location, there is minimal noise in room from outside. Surrounded by lots of bars & restaurants Staff were friendly..especially Pauline…happy and very helpful…thank you x

I always choose to stay in a Premier Inn because I know they are always clean and consistent. It’s my fav hotel and always a decent price. This time I went for Olivia Rodrigo and loved every minute. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing as always.

We like Premier Inn as they are always good and Waterloo Street, Birmingham was no exception. Friendly helpful staff, clean bedroom and very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Everything you need. Enjoyable stay but bedroom too warm and air-con slightly noisy so didn’t sleep as well as usual.

I'm so impressed with this hotel, It takes all the boxes, chew full friendly staff to explained everything during check-in, A perfect room with extremely comfortable beds in an ideal position Considering this hotel was minutes away from the centre of Birmingham the security in the evenings was the first class Don't bother trying any other the known hotel chains to stay this one is the best

In the end you value the reliability of Premier Inn. You know what you get. This one was perfect for our visit to the cathedral, well run, friendly and well kept. My room had a noisy air-con fan, so it was helpful I did not need it on overnight. Breakfast was well run too.

Good clean room and nice staff. Really good breakfast. Slept well. Standard premier inn! Nice location in the centre of Birmingham. Stayed here for work Xmas party 2023. Several car parks nearby for easy travel and walkable from several stations. Thanks to Adjouna - really helpful

I've stayed in this Premier Inn a fair few times now and it's one of my favourites. Tina on reception is wonderful, all the team are welcoming and friendly. My room was 602 on the 6th floor. Massive and had a bath which I appreciate! The one fault was the windows. Brilliant views but there is a definite draught coming through because not only can you hear it, the net curtains between the sliding windows and the glass were billowing and I could feel it! Luckily it wasn't that cold so I was OK but it needs looking at. I also asked reception to pass a message on to my boyfriend when he arrived which they said they would, but it wasn't done. Other than these two things it was a lovely stay as usual and I'll be back!
