Avoid at all costs! It is not clean inside or out. From the entrance to the room, it is filthy. I paid extra to have the room cleaned for early check-in and I had to get bleach and clean it again if it was cleaned at all. There was bird poo on the carpet, bugs in the kitchen, and mold everywhere. Hair in the fridge and on the plates in the cabinets. The oven had dirty pans in it and the bed was awful! The room smells always of urine! The customer service is crap too, they don't even listen or care. Seriously do not stay here!

Don't go there, the rooms are filthy, mine had lots of mold from a water leak and it smelled very strong. It was not cleanwhen I've arrived, fixtures are ductaped.. Shady place, shady owners. At this price, you can find better located apartments that are modern, clean and provided with toilet paper and towels. Yeah they don't furnish that..

DO NOT STAY HERE ! The apartments are disgusting and dirty! We got given a room with blood stains on the sheets and mattress and urine on the floor. This is half of the problems what we found in there! Customer service is horrendous. After refusing to stay in this dirt riddled apartment we got offered a room (which the caretaker informed us had been unoccupied for one year and had also not been cleaned) No refund given or any apology You should be ashamed of yourselves. Avoid at all costs

Blood up walls and mouldy rooms and carpet smells pee and bathroom roof was fallen down and staff be helpful only I contact them email they don’t get back to u as I try to get out as I did not feel safe Door at front is open all night THIS PLACES IS NOT SAFE FOR NO ONE

Where do we start with this place. Firstly do not take what they advertise as gospel because what you pay for isn’t what you will get. They said on the advert that it was free cancellation and pay at the property yet they took the full payment the next day so you couldn’t cancel even if you wanted to. We didn’t want to cancel luckily but was a bad impression to do the opposite to your own advert. We had apartment 10 and We were told there was a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, to get to the property and it was a hob on a worktop, no oven at all so wasted our time and money bringing pizzas and chicken thighs which couldn’t be cooked. On top of that, you walk in and first of all the state of the walkways in the hotel are just a mere glimpse of what to expect in the rooms, the shower had more grime and mould than I’ve ever seen before in a shower, the filth in there was beyond appalling. Black mould on the shower head and the dirty shower curtain too. To top it off we folded out the towels to check and yep, as we expected they were filthy too, brown stains all over them. luckily we had bought our own. We had one dirty glass between three of us in the kitchen, no loo roll, no heaters in the bedroom so was freezing. Categorically the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had, felt every spring in them mattresses, if we had somewhere else to go we would have walked straight out . When things couldn’t get much worse we were sat watching tv in the living room and water started literally pouring down through the ceiling from the apartment above who you could hear was showering. Drenched all of our food and bags of clothes, tried to mop it all up with the towels we had been given until it had stopped, just one nightmare after another. Then to top it off the owner charged us another £100 and lied and said we had put a hole in the living room wall, the same hole that was there on arrival, along with the 10/15 other damages to the walls and ceiling. An actual scam of a place, I keep expecting someone to pop out of nowhere and tell me it was all a prank, just can’t get my head around how horrendous the whole experience was. If I can advise anyone, whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs. Completely ruined our weekend in Blackpool. And to the owners, shame on you.

Smells so bad of stale smoke. Broken bed. Mouldy shower. Had to put £1 in meter as no electric. No hot water. Pretty dire to be honest. There was absolutely no way I was getting in that shower. Couldn’t wash because no hot water. Washed with wet wipes. Nice things,,,,,,,,View was lovely, internet was good.

Checked in Friday afternoon to a rude unhappy man got told there was cooking facilities to find hobs on the worktop and no pots or pans to make anything the worse part was waking up waiting 2 hours for hot water as there was none to be told by the owner you will have to wait for it to heat up so waited total 3 hours to shower so in the end we had to call round different hotels to find a room and pay more money at a different hotel just so we could take showers would never stay here again
