"We were quite shocked to be charged £14 for overnight parking when the room itself only cost £45/50. That’s almost a third of the room price again just to park the car. There was no clear information about this charge when booking. It was only at check-in that we were asked if we needed parking, and after saying yes, we were directed to a screen and told to pay £14 for overnight parking. This felt misleading and poorly communicated. Parking charges should be clearly stated at the time of booking so guests know the full cost upfront. Unfortunately, this really took away from our overall experience."

Çift kişilik bir oda için ödeme yapmıştım ve ikiz bir oda almıştım. Orada kalmayacağımı söyledim. Bir sonraki daha iyiydi ama duvardaki boya dökülüyordu. Banyoda lavaboyu ve duşu kullanmak için tuvaletin yanına gitmeniz gerekiyordu. Ben idare etmek zorundaydım. Bir adam gelip kartımla ödememi istedi ve kimliği olmadığı için bana nakit verecekti. Güvenlik görevlilerinden hiçbiri yardıma gelmedi. Sonunda onu çıkardılar. Polise bildirmemeye karar verdiğim bir olay oldu, bana karşı garip davranan bir adam. Yemekler genellikle soğuktu ama kimse geri almıyordu, bu yüzden ben de almadım. Tavan barın yanında çöktü ve şanslıydık, kalabalık bir otelde altında kimse yoktu. Odalar soğuktu ve ısıtıcım olmasına rağmen çoğu yoktu. Söylentiye göre merkez ofis sıcak olduğu için kapatmıştı ama sıcak değildi, soğuktu. "Although the hotel is a little tired it represents good value for money. The room was spacious and clean with Wi-Fi included. You have to ask if you want your room to be cleaned each day but I had no need for this. Extra tea, coffee and milk was available at the reception desk for you to help yourself. My room also had a small fridge but in several visits to the hotel I have never had this before, suggesting that I was upgraded. The main complaint is the price of drinks at the bar but there is a pub just over the public car park as well as cheap drinks in town."

"Location best spot in Blackpool. 4 minutes walk from the Railway Station. Premier Inn Restaurant excellent Food at their Cookhouse Pub. Sirloin Steak cooked to perfect. So tender with a little garlic butter for added taste, had it THREE NIGHTS RUNNING. Delicious. Restaurant staff, best I,v come across ever in a Premier Inn. Tom the man and Beckie so pleasant and cheerful. Premier Inn Plus Rooms are really exceptional value for money. Fridge, Chocolates Coffee Machine etc etc"

"A stay to remember… for better and worse I’ll start with the highlight: the staff at Blue Waters Hotel were absolutely exceptional. Warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly—they made me feel like I’d wandered into a live episode of Fawlty Towers, minus the chaos. Their charm and effort were the saving grace of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of TLC. My room’s curtains detached dramatically and collapsed to the floor, leaving my window fully exposed to the car park and main street. Not ideal—especially with a rather sad pile of rubbish lingering in the corner outside. The leisure facilities didn’t fare much better. The pool was cloudy and didn’t feel well maintained, and the sauna was out of order during my visit. A shame, as I’d been looking forward to a relaxing dip. Dinner was, frankly, disappointing. We ordered roasted pork, which arrived cold, and the vegetables were so overcooked they seemed to have time-traveled from the previous night’s menu. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just about passable. In short: brilliant staff, but the hotel itself needs a refresh—both in decor and dining. If you’re coming for the laughs and location, you might enjoy it. If you’re after comfort and cuisine, you may want to look elsewhere."

"This is a absolutely fantastic place to stay. It’s nearby everything. The staff were amazing and it felt like we’d known them for years, in particular Bobby. The bed was super comfy. There were very clean linen and lovely toiletries. The bar was reasonably priced and the “snack” menu was enough for a whole meal"

"Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)"

"Lovely place. Clean rooms , bathroom good just needs a shelf in room 9s bathroom as no where to put toiletries. The couple running this guesthouse are so nice & helpful. Their breakfast is outstanding. Freshly cooked & not at all greasy. Nice little bar which was very cheap. Would highly recommend & we will be back in the near future. Thankyou to you both for a lovely stay"

"Hi I stayed in this hotel in room 109 arriving on Friday 27th March with my son for 2 nights we were greeted on arrival and explained clearly the parking options and the Food times because we had arrived later at night We had our food in the hotel at 9pm and my son who is 15 said that the burger he had was amazing so good that we ordered the same food the next night great value for a main meal and dessert for £14.99 I would also like to say a big thanks for returning a ring to my house that I had left at the hotel I am so grateful it meant a lot to me and it arrived safely We will be back again and soon I travel a lot for work and this is the best Travelodge that I have stayed in by a mile all due to the great staff working there nothing is any problem even asking for an iron at 7am (forgot to pack ours) Again thanks for returning my ring"

"We booked a cheap hotel for an overnight night stay, wasn't expecting a lot for the amount we paid. Rooms where nice, beds comfy with a lift to all floors. They do an Indian buffet we arrived back late but they still re opened the restaurant for 8 of us. Bhavya served us as was lovely and pleasant. The chef Shail was very accommodating and his food was amazing. We then all sat in the bar nothing was to much trouble for them. Highly recommend 👌"
