Stayed here many times before but not in a while due to travel restrictions, hotel is still in good condition and service still good, not surprisingly for Blackpool the breakfast is a little chaotic but that’s expected, downside Is the new parking fees, 18 pound a day is excessive for a none secured car park.

Nothing wrong with the hotel in general, but the PARKING IS £18 PER NIGHT!!!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!
No-one told us the parking was going to cost that much! All it said on the Trip.com website was paid parking, which you don't expect to be £18 per night!!!!
Very disappointing and it spoiled our trip to Blackpool. Don't think we'll be back to this hotel!!

Make a very late booking and it was immediately accepted... we were relieved
On arrived, our booking was found and room keys given... a very quick check in
Breakfast in the morning was served to order for the cooked breakfast... continental selection had good choices and the coffee machine had very good choices
A big thanks to all the staff

Great hotel, little niggling thing wrong with tv but handled perfectly by staff. Great buffet breakfast perfect location. Quick check in and check out would stay again

Easy to find , convenient. Check in was fine but I did have to ask her to slow down a bit as I am a little hard of hearing. The accent and fast talking was too much.

I have been to this hotel many times now and will definitely return BUT starting to get a little tired. Shower was cold, dripping noise for 5 minutes after using basin and sheets bobbled. Needs a bit of tlc

Another great stay, superior room was great, overlooking the Pleasure Beach. Nice and quiet too. We had an evening meal and it was superb and reasonably priced. Great breakfast to finish the stay off.

On arrival I had to pay £18 pounds a night parking fee totally unacceptable I travel all over the country and very rarely do I have to pay for parking on site, my visit on this occasion was to visit family so I invited them for breakfast one morning only to be told that because the 2 year old was not staying at the hotel I would have to pay £9 50 for him to have breakfast I found this totally unacceptable what 2 year old could eat £9 50 worth of food
