Great location, very friendly staff on arrival, Nicola was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely comfy bed and very clean room.

this hotel can't be beaten for location and quality of service. The team really care and will do everything to make you feel welcome, secure and valued.

Great night's sleep, very convenient location and worth the price. Within a short walking distance to the seafront. Free parking, you just need to register your car at the reception. Our room didn't have any air-conditioning, which could be a problem if you're staying in the middle of summer.

Just wanted to say a thank you to an absolutely lovely staff member Nicola on the front desk for helping me. I asked if I coined be moved to another room and she said no problem let me see what I can do for you. No questions asked just a really helpful person.

Thankfully the receptionist was the only bad thing about our sling weekend stay in Blackpool and she was beyond grumpy ! But the bed was excellent and the food next door brilliant with some fantastic staff. A worse welcome to a hotel we’ve never encountered and we aren’t spring chickens!

The sleep was absolutely terrible due to the room temperature! It was colder outside (16 degrees) than inside 27 degrees. The fan wasnt working properly and novody came to try to help or change rooms. The checkin was very rude and friendly-less and we would just expect more as the quality of sleep was terrible due to the hot room. If it would have been a 2 night stay we woukd have checkef out at the first night.

Comfortable beds, clean and near the beach, just a 5min walk to pleasure beach. Perfect location away from the main town end.

Receptionist Claire was superb. Best receptionist ever!! So friendly and accommodating and also up for a laugh, whilst being professional. Hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and tidy. It eas handy having a Brewers Fayre after a long journey.
