Hotel location is great. Its immaculate. Our room was very hot with the sun on it even though a fan was provided. I would recommend and return. Breakfast great also.

The hosts at number one show just how running a Hotel/Guest House should be done. The friendly personal service, the standard and cleanliness of the rooms with everything being top quality throughout. (no expense spared here) Breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Parking was easy, restaurants close by and a very quiet location, so if you are visiting the Blackpool/ Lytham St. Annes area this must be the very best accommodation. We are quite a "picky" couple but just cannot fault number one. Definitely one for the discerning!

This is a lovely hotel. Quiet area but close to everything. Spotlessly clean. Excellent Breakfast choices. And the room had everything we needed and more Highly recommend staying here 😊

Super friendly and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom couldn't have been any cleaner. Good tram links. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really nice place to stay at the more quiet part of Blackpool. The staff are so friendly and helpful and breakfast is a a treat! Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend!

This hotel may not look inspiring from the outside but the rooms are excellent, has good parking and a great breakfast.
