"Had a great experience at the newly opened Ji Hotel! The room was spacious and came with an electric humidifier, which was a lifesaver given Xinjiang's dry climate. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We visited during the Dragon Boat Festival, and they even had special activities like fan painting and sachet making, which really added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting to Sayram Lake, making it a great value for a stopover."

"This was one of the most satisfying stays I've had recently. From the moment I entered, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff, was very professional and enthusiastic! Check-in was super fast. Then, upon entering the room, I noticed a subtle, pleasant scent. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The whole room was smart-enabled, which is perfect for someone lazy like me! Definitely highly recommended!"

"Downstairs is the Grand Bazaar, the night market is very lively, the rooms are clean, there is a river in front of the hotel, and there are nice green belts on both sides of the river. The bad thing is that I called two days after check-out to ask if I had seen the bath towels in the room. In fact, there was one missing bath towel when I checked in."

This hotel at Bole city deserves recommendations to the foreigners and the native Chinese friends. I am specifically thankful to the night-time on duty service manager and the female security guard of 5th August, 2026 who helped solve the problem of adding the two beds of the room we reserved so that my three member family could sleep well. The deluxe size bed room were available but were still smaller (1.8m) than the two bed joined together (2.4m) of the reserved room. She not only helped herself in arranging the beds but also the clumsy process of reserving and then canceling the deluxe room on that night. My family and I are grateful to her and the female security guard for their extended help. This hotel gets my 7star for its service, location in the city and the facility status. 🙏🙏🙏❤️🇨🇳"
