"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."

"The experience at this hotel under Huazhu Club exceeds expectations! The front desk service is enthusiastic and makes people feel at home instantly. The rooms are clean and bright, and the beds are as soft as clouds, making for a good night's sleep. The bathroom design is reasonable, dry and wet are separated, fresh and odor-free, and the details are evident. There is also a laundry room, so you can easily solve any minor troubles during the trip. There are all kinds of restaurants and shopping around, the transportation is convenient, and the parking lot is right at the door, which is very convenient. I extended my stay the next day and highly recommend it to every traveler!"

When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time."

The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful touch, and the terrace offers beautiful views with charming ethnic-themed decor."

"The room was clean and the facilities were new, plus there's a large parking lot, which was great. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, quite a difference compared to what you'd find at an Atour hotel. Also, the storefronts downstairs are under renovation, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. When checking in at night, the front desk asked us to scan the hotel's QR code and then exit once we reached the coupon page, which felt like a push for promotion and wasn't a great experience. Guests will naturally promote a good hotel; I hope they consider removing this step in the future."

"Facilities: Very new, the room is spacious. Environment: Directly opposite Sayram Lake. Service: Received a complimentary dinner buffet, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel's front desk manager, a man, was incredibly patient with the children. As soon as we checked in, he gave them local specialty snacks, and in the evening, he even sent fruit to the kids – so incredibly thoughtful! The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the loft room facilities were very family-friendly for groups. You can really tell that the hotel considers families with children in every detail, which made our trip with the kids much easier. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"
