Stayed 2 nights. In an industrial estate a fair walk to trams. Room fine with basic kitchen.

Nous avions prevenu de notre arrivée tardive et nous devions recevoir un mail nous indiquant le code d’entrée à l’hôtel ainsi que notre numéro de chambre. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le mail…
Après de longues minutes d’attente, un membre de la sécurité de l’hôtel a bien voulu nous faire entrer et nous aider
J’espère que cela fera réagir là direction de cet hôtel

Bonjour je vous écrit suite aux problèmes que nous avons rencontrés durant notre séjour à All suite hôtel bordeaux lac.
Je vous fais parvenir les photos de la chambre numéro 405B qui est dans un état insalubre très salle, le ménage n’était pas fait comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos suivante.
Après avoir été déloger pour être transférer dans une autre chambre nous nous retrouvons sur le palier en face de la chambre car il nous on donner une mauvaise carte qui était désactivé.

Tout est très vieux et et en mauvais état
Pour une fois pour dépanner mais on iras plus
Prix bon marcher mais mieux payer un peu plus et
Plus de confort et fraîcheur

Por el precio que pagamos, la ubicación y las instalaciones estaban bien, el problema fue la limpieza y el servicio, ya que las sabanas estaban sucias y hasta con pelos, y cuando fuimos a recepción por la noche para que nos den cobijas limpias no había nadie luego llamamos y nadie respondió
Y en la ducha también habían pelos.

Difficile de trouver malgré les indications des employés. Literie pas confortable, petites bêtes non identifiés se balladants dans toutes les pièces....
