"Positive: fantastic location just off the main shopping street. Near shops, restaurants, pubs etc And less than 50m from a branch of Bordeaux’s famous caneles shop La Toque Cuivree. (Don’t leave with trying a few!) Slight negative: it’s in a pedestrian only street. We weren’t affected but if you need to handle bulky luggage, the taxis can’t drive up to the hotel’s doorstep and you have to walk 100m or so. Negative: the bathroom shower area was on a raised platform and wasn’t fully enclosed. The shower tile flooring became slippery once wet, and this made stepping up and down an exercise in caution."

"The hotel is very new, with good facilities, scenery and service. It is just a little remote. You have to take the B line tram to go out, and transfer to the C or D line to the Saint-Jean train station, which is a bit troublesome. There are very few trams on weekends, and you can't catch the train if you don't plan your time well. It is very close to the wine museum, and there is a market downstairs where you can eat and buy things. The breakfast is quite rich and worth tasting."

"The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, providing thoughtful guidance from entrance to check-in. The rooms are modern and elegant in design, with soft and comfortable bedding, high-end bathroom facilities and dry and wet separation. The daily cleaning is meticulous, even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety. It is highly recommended whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!"
