Hilton Boston Back Bay

The hotel’s location is great. It’s right next to the main road and walking distance to the public transportation. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel!

We stay here 5 nights, Hotel with good location, but two days we out of hotel before 10 Am, return no later than 4Pm, but no room service when we back to room.

The worst part is the room Aircon which is directly flowing into the bed head area ( Even tried hard to redirect the air-flow but not successful) and got very uncomfortable when bedding.

Overall this was a great stay. Location was excellent, close to all amenities.  The only feedback was restaurant. We only went for breakfast. With the prices there is a higher expectation for quality of food, and unfortunately it wasn’t there.

One restaurant. Just had some breakfast there. A bit pricey, but it is a Hilton. The gym is 5 star. Not a typical hotel gym. This was a highlight. Rooms are fairly large. 2 bottles of water provided in room. Bathroom was large. And for The price per night I paid via Trip.com , it was a bargain compared to other properties in the area. A short walk to Newbury St., and about a 15-20 walk to Fenway.

I was not very satisfied with my stay this time, mainly due to the attitude of the hotel front desk staff. During the check-in process, the staff appeared rather cold and lacked basic courtesy and a proactive service attitude. As the first point of contact between the hotel and its guests, the front desk plays an important role in shaping the overall guest experience. I hope the hotel can provide better staff training and improve its service quality.
