"Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry."

"There were blood stains on the bed sheets, which is really unacceptable for a hotel of this star rating. I arrived at the hotel very late and was very tired. I only discovered it when I woke up in the morning."

"I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. I had specifically requested a room with a good view when I made the reservation, but the next morning, when I opened the curtains, all I saw was a wall. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I just made do for a few nights. One morning, there was a loud drilling noise at 9 AM that lasted on and off for about an hour. I contacted the front desk, and they just said they'd check on it, but the noise didn't stop, and I never received any follow-up. The room was also very small. On the positive side, the location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and it's connected to a large shopping mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Overall, it's okay, but the front desk service could use improvement."

"The hotel is nice and offers good value for money. It has a shuttle service to the nearby Red Line subway station, making it convenient for getting to MIT and Harvard. The hotel provides breakfast, which is simple but acceptable. The front desk staff are very welcoming. There's a large supermarket across the street nearby, which is quite convenient."
