酒店前台態度很差，直接刷錯金額，退款極慢。床上衞生打掃的很臟。

這家酒店住了10晚其中5天每天深夜扣我信用卡，明天早上去問為什麼扣錢，回答是按金，搞不懂按金為什麼不是一次性扣要分5天扣，而且金額都不相同，擺明了想打糊塗賬，退錢時想渾水摸魚

What a great weekend with our family at Homewood Suites! The rooms were immaculate and perfectly situated for our family of 14. We loved the pool space, the great variety of breakfast options included each day, and the overall friendliness and attentiveness of the guest services team who helped us.

The property was great. Our room was amazing, we got an upgrade by Calvin (thank you it was amazing) the kitchen was so helpful to heat food for my little guy and to have stuff in the fridge.
Things I didn’t like were the parking was $60 a night, that is absurd, ant the other option was a parking close by where you pay $between $25 or $50 but you had to be out at 5am, so I had no option but to park at the hotel.

I love staying at the homewood hotel. Only one thing to make it better; breakfast. Many people, few space, not so many options.

Staff and stay was amazing. We stayed there a year ago On the night we get married and the receptionist Carmen remembered us. She was super friendly and gave us a complimentary wedding anniversary gift. Calvin, the manager was amazing as well. Super super amazing. The staff went beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return

Very nice newer property. Convenient location a short #7 bus ride from South Station (we took Amtrak to Boston)
Breakfast facility was stretched past their limit because if so many guests.
“Traffic flow” for food lines was very poor which created much congestion and long line(s) for food.

Wonderfully helpful staff made us feel welcome and at home. The suites are light and comfortable. Great breakfast options. Quite a distance to downtown Boston but there are some decent restaurants and bars within a 5-10 minute walk.

Awesome hotel. Beautiful. Clean. Stayed in king bed suite on Homewood side. Valet parking convenient but pricey. Only negative for as that electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
