This place is pretty, closed to many attractions, friendly staff

There was heavy police activity and presence all night long. It made it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend for any children or light sleepers.

The best Hampton Inn from all 3 branches we have stayed. The location is great with a reasonable 24h parking fee. Staffs provide great service and the facilities are nice. The rooms are clean and newer than others. Breakfast provides more variety than others and better taste.

The staff made up for any less than great stay. The staff were all very pleasant, great to talk with and truly seemed to enjoy themselves.

The front desk staff was a bit curt and rude when we had any questions for them. Overall they did not seem interested in their job.
The key to the room did not work on the first go and we had to request to reprogram it and got a lecture on how to now put card next to cell phone (which we did not). Overall not good customer service.

The worst.
This so called hotel doesn’t have minimum standards of a hotel and should get closed.
Beyond dirty. Intolerable smell. Mold smell.
It was dust and mold smell and I could hardly breathe.
Clogged bath tubs. No door locks.
Unsafe area. Constant sirens that could not sleep.
Staff were friendly but that is not enough for sure.
