Staff were brilliant and helpful in organising a surprise for my partner who is staying there as a business trip during Valentines. They decorated the room with balloons, chocolates and flowers for him! They got it all organised and in place while he was working so was a total surprise for him when he came back! Lovely service and highly recommend!

This is my third time staying in this hotel as I was going to the Ascot Race and as always the staff are super amazing, have great empathy and went above and beyond. I would like to give a shout out to the day duty manager she’s a lady I can’t remember her name then there’s three staffs in particular that made my stay so welcoming Roshan, Priya and Nawal. I have booked an upcoming stay and I would vouch for it. I had the best sleep too as it’s so quiet.

Excellent staff are brilliant very clean.priya and roshan best bar staff, we have been very happy with our stay. The food is of an excellent standard and the staff are always happy and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and we be back

Had the worst stay ever due to the location of the smoking area below most of the rooms. The noise from ppl chatting even with the windows closed. No sleep at all then went for breakfast at £40 for 4 ppl was cold and the taste of washing up liquid from cups.

Welcoming and very professional! Room clean and tidy and spacious. Bathroom a good size bright and airy, lots of room to hang your clothes coffee and tea on arrival. The bed very comfortable plus linen and sheets exceptionally clean extra pillows if needed. Very pleasant stay.

I would like to say what a lovely experience I had staying at the travel lodge room was clean and tidy customer service was excellent highly recommend this place to stay thanks to priya and her team for making my stay enjoyable definitely will be back again soon.

We stayed at the hotel after Ascot races. Had a pleasant and lovely stay. Priya, Roshan and Nawal were fantastic hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Great food and drink in the bar afterwards. Thanks for a great stay, see you next year!!

What a lovely stay! Friday we decided on an impromptu trip away and picked to come here ready for a day in ascot on Saturday. Cental location, close to amenities, lovely quiet bar and restaurant downstairs. Staff so friendly, checked us in and got us extra linen as required. The staff made the visit as so friendly and accommodating

Excellent help from the staff especially pepz helped me out with booking my room always said hello with a smile. The beds was really comfy and love the new update on the hotel. Stayed here for business for a while and have been every month and wouldn’t change
