"Had a brilliant stay at Easthampstead Park, we had a lovely room on floor one which had a comfy bed and tasteful modern furnishings. The room was well equipped with coffee machine, tea etc, hair dryer and iron. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. We sat on a lovely table looking out to the grounds. Definitely recommend a stay here, we hope to be back next time we visit Legoland."

"This was an absolutely excellent hotel, it was close to the lexicon town centre where there is a brand new shopping centre with plenty to eat and also close enough to Legoland. What made this hotel very special for me was the service of the staff in particular Syed and pava. They really looked out for my young daughter who was staying there really appreciating. I would definitely stay here again. Pava and Syed are an asset, huge thank you, give star service"

"The room was small but clean. However on attempting to eat in the evening we were given a menu that was stuffy with a list of food suitable only for ravenous teenagers who don’t care what they eat. We sat at a table which was so dirty and sticky that we left immediately. Would not reccomend this Hotel to anyone."

"Good location just a short walk to main shopping/restaurant area and parking is included in the price (albeit a terribly tight spot. I had to climb out of passenger side to get out) Communication with the landlord was good and they were quick to respond. Property access details were easy to follow, once I managed to locate the lockbox to get the key, after which everything was fine and the lifts etc all work efficiently. The apartment itself was however, a big disappointment; I wasn’t expecting luxurious penthouse living, but the apartment I stayed in (208) was very bad. As soon as I entered I was almost knocked out by a disgusting stench coming from the bedroom. I couldn’t tell if it was vomit, excrement or both. It smelled disgusting, even with all windows open. The carpet in the bedroom definitely needed replacing or at the very least a proper deep clean. I did notify the landlord about this issue straight away, and did receive a response, but wasn’t offered a room change and nobody came to try and rectify the issue. The apartment is sparsely furnished, which was fine, but nevertheless very grubby & dusty. Kitchen facilities were fine although, apart from 1 scouring sponge and a bottle of washing up liquid, there was no surface cleaner or dish cloths to keep the place clean. There was some tea/coffee sachets provided but the tea bags had obviously been there ages as they had stains all over them and stuck to the paper so couldnt use. I was there for 5 nights but was only provided with one very small ‘bottle’ of shampoo. Shower worked great. WiFi was ok but often dropped in and out so had to keep resetting devices. I’ve stayed in worse and better places, but probably wouldn’t book this place again, unless you’re just using it for one night as a place to sleep for a few hours. Speaking of which, the mattress also needed replacing as I could feel the springs digging in no matter what part of the bed I lay on."

"On the hottest day of my trip, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was extremely dissatisfied with the first day. The young Indian girl at the front desk assigned me a room without air conditioning, and the fan was broken. There was a wedding at the hotel that night, and the noise lasted until 1 a.m. I didn't fall asleep until 2 a.m. Our room was constantly being ventilated by a trash can propped against the door. Around 5 a.m., I went downstairs and the air outside was much fresher than in the room. I really wanted to sleep outside. That morning, Daniallia at the front desk was incredibly professional. After understanding my extreme dissatisfaction, she upgraded me to a suite, which made up for it. However, she still forgot to bring our luggage to our room, even though she had promised. The biggest problem with this hotel overall is staff shortages. The bar service was handled by only one person all day, and they were already overwhelmed. This hotel is a historic mansion, but unfortunately, the various problems with the management and owner affected the experience. Fortunately, they had Daniallia's intelligence, wit, and charm to redeem them. I also want to mention their gardener, Phil, who has worked in this large house and park for 26 years and shared many stories about the house with me. He was a very friendly and approachable British gentleman. This is also why I would stay here again in the future. I hope the hotel management can make some improvements and increase staff. Otherwise, it really doesn't do justice to such a beautiful historic mansion and its unparalleled garden."

"Obviously you get what you pay for, but during the heatwave conditions of 2026, it's becoming increasingly difficult to tolerate the older Travelodges as they don't have aircon or a cooling system. A fan was provided but it only had limited usefulness. Otherwise, this Travelodge was up to their usual high standard of service and cleanliness."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The free parking was a real bonus and made our visit even more convenient. The food was very good, and we really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. A special thank you to Jess, who looked after us in the restaurant. She was so kind and sweet with my daughter, making her feel really welcome. Her friendly manner and excellent service made a real difference to our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfortable accommodation, delicious food, free parking and outstanding customer service. We would happily stay here again."

"This is the absolutely most appalling hotel to stay in. The 'bathroom' in the room is merely a converted cupboard, with a broken shower that was not adequate to wash in, mould all around it and soaked the whole carpet floor - as the door had to be left open since the extractor fan was broken and the heat from the shower set all the smoke alarms!! The bed is not adequate for an adult to sleep in and I was digusted to find female products left in the bed - which leads me to think the bedsheets hadn't even been changed in between guests!!! The 'tea' making facilities in the room are laughable and the maid didn't even bother to restock it on the last 2 days of my stay, so not even a hot drink in the morning after another shocking nights sleep. A plug socket was broken, the TV was hanging off the wall on one hook and the curtains are the most flimsy, cheapest things, so don't do anything to block the light. The maid likes to open & slam the other bedroom doors from around 5am most days - along with the staff of the pub having very loud conversations in the garden first thing in the morning. This a mid range price hotel when I booked it, but in all honesty the hotel should PAY YOU to even consider staying there - avoid at all costs!!"
