Hotel boutique super bem localizado, você consegue ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos, praticamente ao lado do hotel tem 3 lojas da Western Union, o que facilita bastante na troca de dinheiro. Cama superconfortável, quarto grande, comportou muito bem nossa família de 2 adultos e 1 criança, comporta até 2 crianças no mesmo quarto.
Café da manhã gostoso, tem o necessário. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e sempre indicamos para amigos.

Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff starting with the front desk to the ladies in the restaurant. Great pours at the bar. Convenient location enabled us to explore the city.

It was a fantastic stay in Buenos Aires.
Unfortunately the hotel has to many optimization potentials.
Our room was smelling pretty bad, they try to clean the carpet failed. It seems somebody couldn’t keep it till the bathroom and did the business next to the bed. However don’t want to waste my time with discussion for three nights and moving to another room, specially since it was booked out.
Furthermore, during our stay I had only one time warm eggs maybe this can be improved. Overall the breakfast was good.
The gym is useless at least for us cause we prefer to train in the morning and go out to enjoy the city Therefore, the opening hours from 9am not a good deal. But the staff is very kind.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a gorgeous property- the rooms are comfortable, well appointed and attractive. The hotel is located in a very safe area that is in easy walking distance of many local attractions. The breakfast was great and had an amazing selection of fresh fruit. The staff was also very great- especially Augustin who was super helpful and kind.

Very cute property, wish I took advantage of the roof top pool. The hotel staff was great, extremely helpful in setting up taxis, helping with directions, places to eat and drink. The bar had one of the best old fashions, I have had - the bartender put a great spin on it 10/10

The staff was outstanding. Helpful and kind. Able to provide some helpful advice and assistance.
The location is very convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The a/c struggled a bit to keep up on the hottest days, but was still a welcome relief. Breakfast was everything we needed to begin the day. We left early on our last morning and the staff put together a try the evening before.

The rooms are big and the location is excellent. However our AC was broken in our room so it was very hot. The restaurant closed an hour earlier than they listed so we arrived at 9pm and had to go find a place to get food. The gym and outdoor area was very basic.

Excellent stay. Better than photos. Breakfast was amazing. Very helpful to arrange airport transfer as well. Would definitely recommend.
