"I stayed for 6 days. The internet in the first room I was assigned didn't work well, so I was reassigned to a room on the 7th floor. Although there were no internet issues there, all the facilities were old and worn out. There was even a microwave called "Gold Star." The most significant issue was that even though two of us stayed for 6 days, there were only 2 large towels, 1 face towel, and 1 bathroom floor towel. Even when I asked for more, they said that whether I booked for 1 day or 6 days, the quantity (including only 1 roll of toilet paper) was the same, and that I had to pay an additional 10,000 pesos if I needed more. If you plan to stay for a long time, I would recommend booking 2, 2, and 2 days, or booking 3 and 3 days separately. Also, the bathroom door was broken, so I was trapped inside and had to open it from the outside to get out."

"Hotel is in a prime location. Unfortunately, due to the economic situation, many homeless people around the hotel. Hotel reception staff are not particularly friendly. In addition, it is stupid to have to pay the total amount at check-in, normally this is at check-out. In addition, I find it strange that only water and coffee are offered in the room for a fee. Even the cheapest hotels offer this free of charge. The suite with a view does indeed have a great view, but the room is poorly maintained and I experienced a lot of noise from the rooftop bar/swimming pool. Insulation could be much better and a freshening up wouldn't hurt."

"Lack of maintenance of the furniture in the room and bathroom. Walls stained with paint residue. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms. One day during my stay, they didn't clean the room, even though I had left a sign in the morning; they finally cleaned it in the late afternoon. They didn't honor the agreed-upon rate for the last day of my stay. The service wasn't friendly or welcoming, but it was adequate."
