"I stayed 3 nights in Palladio which is ranking top 5 luxury hotel in Trip.com 1st night: the shower pressure is very low, asked the front desk to fix. And after fixed, the temperature can’t adjust normally. Asked the front desk to fix again, it spend almost 30 mins to fix. It was late, and I needed to get up early next day. Eventually, it’s not not totally fixed but I am too tired to ask again and shower in super hot water 2nd night: they finally fixed the shower, but there is a giant grey dust at the edge of the bathtub; without my glasses, I fist thought is a died rat. (See the picture) 3rd night, they forgot to put the bath map, I am lazy to ask them. The air condition is very loud, I have to turn off to sleep Breakfast is average Staff are friendly but sadly to say I just experienced too many bad things in my room Location is good"

"We had so many problems making the payment. First, they said it was a problem with our card, then that their payment platform wasn't working. They kept blocking our mornings, saying they were going to collect the cash payment, and then they never showed up. "There's no physical reception or anyone you can talk to; they answer whenever they feel like it." And finally, they tried to charge us for other rooms that weren't even in our name. To top it all off, the room they gave us was on the ground floor between two elevators when we were supposedly going to get a premium room. And to top it all off, an Argentinian signed the sworn statement, and they asked for it to be changed to a Spanish signature for their own convenience... completely unprofessional."
