Hotel parou no tempo. Percebe-se que já viveu seus dias de glória, porém está muito aquém aos hoteis de luxo de hoje em dia.
É muito bem localizado, quartos são amplos, porém muito antigos.
O Rooftop é muito bom, recomendo. Café da manhã bom, mas nada excepcional.
No geral, para um hotel da classe de luxo, existem muitos outros melhores na cidade.
Não me hospedaria novamente.

Chegamos e fomos atendidos pronta e cordialmente. A qualidade da comida (no jantar, no bar à noite, e no café-da-manhã), e o serviço dos garçons, excelentes.
Quarto limpo e aconchegante. Não tenho críticas a fazer.

這家酒店是BA最奢華之一，地處黃金位置。步行可以去參觀公墓，隔一條馬路就是Hermes 整體確實是走宮殿風，很復古美麗，和我NYC住的一些金玉其外 敗絮其中的酒店要好多了。服務中規中矩，衹能説是這個價位酒店應該有的服務。在這裏一共住了五晚，初來乍到和即將離開 承載了我太多的回憶🥺Will be back for sure

I stayed at the Alvear twice on my recent trip, the first time for 3 nights and then for 1 night. I stayed in a suite and a junior suite and everything about my stay was fabulous. The service is wonderful, the concierge gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The breakfast area is absolutely beautiful, one of the nicest I have had at a hotel. The rooms have the charm of an old grand hotel whilst being in excellent condition, clean, spacious and well appointed tech-wise. The rooftop bar is a must for a pre dinner cocktail. The location of the hotel is within easy reach of Palermo by car, Teatro Colon, san telmo etc etc I cannot wait to go back!!

There is only ONE Alvear, and it remains unmatched, no matter how hard others try. Classy, exclusive, excellent service, premuim location. Alvear is the real thing!!!
