I was charged for 2 nights at double of the price of my previous arrangement!. Management was unresponsive and suddenly without notice charged my credit card. The pillows are horribly hard. There is a building being built next door. The banging everyday at 8am in unbearable, all day. The people working the front desk are great, the people cleaning are doing a great job, super sweet and accommodating, no complains regarding anyone working there, on the contrary. Management was the problem. I stayed there many many times, i was treated horribly at the end. Long stays always. Sad.

Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business.

The hotel was good and the room was comfortable. My main issue was related to the breakfast. I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I arrived, I was informed that it starts at 8:30 am. This was too late for me, since I needed to leave the hotel every morning at 7:30. They offered me vouchers for a cafe, that would only open at 8am. However, I just found that on the morning. I tried to complain with the front desk, but the person responsible was never there. At the end, I had to pay for breakfast out of my pocket and now I am trying to have a reimbursement of the amount that I payed to include it on my reservation.

They only have one Wifi router for 8 floors with booster every 2 floors. The wifi connection is awful

Se pago por adelantado y al hacer el check in exigieron una garantía en efectivo de 100.000 pesos.. caso contrario negaban el ingreso al hotel aunque la reserva estaba completamente pagada

Muy lindo lugar. La ubicación muy buena. En recoleta, cerca de todo. La habitación amplia y limpia. Además ofrecen dejar tu valija por si tenés que viajar después del check-out y así podés salir a recorrer la ciudad hasta que salga tu vuelo de vuelta. Lo recomiendo 👌

Foi uma ótima escolha de hospedagem em Buenos Aires. O hotel é muito bem localizado, na parte mais comercial da Recoleta, perto de muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojas, cafeterias e a três quadras da estação de metrô Callao. Os recepcionistas são prestativos, a limpeza dos quartos é muito boa, e as dependências do hotel são limpas e organizadas. O quarto é bem grande e bonito, a cama é confortável e há muitos armários e gavetas para guardar as coisas. Só a televisão que deixou a desejar, pois o sinal era ruim. A cozinha é pequena, mas quebra bem o galho, com microondas, frigobar e chaleira. O bom é que há muitos utensílios para que os hóspedes possam se virar.
