Buen hotel y económico.

Le Cinque Lusso hotel's promise failed to live up to expectations, I'm afraid. Whilst the reception is pleasing to the eye, accompanied by a grand piano, I might add; the real letdown had to be the rooms themselves. We'd based ourselves there & always came back to another room but each of the 4 rooms had seen better days. Either the windows/ bathroom door didn'close properly or the aircon did not work to finding stained rusty bath/shower areas to the shower in the executive room running just like a tap. Even a cockroach made an appearance! IMO, all the rooms badly needed a total refurb. Even the main lift is the old-fashioned grill/door you have to shut; otherwise, there will be no liftoff, so to speak. How many times have I run upstairs to close the grill to call the lift??? Even the hardback books on BA were printed in 2006!!! Ancient & out of date! However, the plus points had to be the friendly & helpful staff & also the buffet breakfast which had a good & extensive offering. The juices & yoghurt drinks were top-notch. We always looked forward to breakfast! It was just a shame, on one occasion, I had to insist on moving to another room due to a bathroon leak multiplying to several bathroom leaks. Also, early on our stay, the afternoon/evening cleaner suddenly burst into our room by mistake, surprised to find it was occupied! Finding me in my jimjams, sitting on the edge of my bed watching TV & the Mrs tucked in bed, the outcome could have been much worse, I'm sure!!!

The WiFi in my room didn’t work. The bathroom had only one towel for the body and nothing else. Would not recommend

Make sure you check the room before you “accept” it, meaning agree to stay in the room. There is more chance for you to get some refund if you don’t like the room and you refuse to stay. After you decide to stay in the room, it means you accepted the room as is and you are unlikely to receive a refund

DARIA '0' SE TIVESSE A OPÇÃO. As fotos que estão nos sites de viagens foi de uma época que não é compativel com a realidade atualidade. Hotel decadente, velho, roupas de camas velhas, manchadas e sujas, banheiro mal lavado com cabelo no lavatório e banheira, cheiro desagradável de ralinho com retorno deixando todo quarto fedido, infiltrações nas paredes e tetos dos corredores. Meu Marido e eu chegamos no hotel dia 11/03/2023 por volta das 18hs e saímos no mesmo dia por volta das 21hs. O funcionário da recepção, aliás único que vimos , sentado estava atrás do balcão, sentado ficou, sem uniforme. Parecia um filme de suspense. O elevador funcionou para subirmos, no check-out foi para descer foi preciso irmos pelas escadas com as malas nas mãos, não funcionou mais. O elevador de serviços, faltava tecla. Surpresa maior estava no quarto, sem toalhas, lençol manchado, aspecto de que tinha sido usado (lençol amassado no meio da cama como se estivesse tido alguém deitado). Ao solicitar toalhas e a troca do lençol, o recepcionista faz tudo, levou toalhas encardidas, e disse q não teria como trocar o lençol pois não tinha outro para repor. Toalhas e Lençol limpo é o mínimo que se espera de um hotel. Dia 11 sábado 20hs começamos nossa procura por outro hotel que no mínimo tivesse lençol limpo. NÃO INDICO, NEM PARA FICAR DE GRAÇA.

Location is the only good thing. This hotel is probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. The room and everything in the room are disgustingly dirty. Linens had all sorts of stains on them Staff fo not even want to help. Noone in the hotel can speak English. This hotel cannot be even 1 star. Photos on the eebsite is totally fake. They dhould not be even running business in hospitality.

Definitely the hotel is far from being four stars. One star should be enough. To start with the staff when we checked in was cold, almost rude. The room had a very unpleasant, humid smell. Every time you flashed the toilet the water would continue flowing forcing you to get up over and over again to fix it, also the bathroom door screeched loudly every time you opened it. The shower was only a cold shower. Since only a very little amount of got water leaked for the shower fixture. The breakfast was awful . If you are Italian don't dare drink the coffee please. The elevators were too small and dirty. It is obvious that the hotel needs maintenance. It felt like a hotel from a horror movie.

Bad service. TV didn’t work. Air conditioner stuck on one temperature. A/C Remote didn’t work. No water in the mini fridge. One night, I needed some water, I called reception to ask for it, and I had to hear a few words from the receptionist about they not offering room service after 4pm. BUT THEY DIDN’T HAVE WATER IN THE MINI FRIDGE! Terrible elevators. Old and always stuck and out of service. Also they start to remove breakfast itens 20 minutes before time. They say it’s until 11am, if you get there 10:40, forget about it. You won’t have any food. Last but not least, the room is filthy. Anyways, I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I had a bad experience.

The hotel is very old and the facilities hasn’t been renovated. The staff is rude and slow, the breakfast is ok but if you get there past 10 the food qnd the dishes doesn’t get renewed. The milk was cold, the coffee was bad. At our last night, the cleaning ladies forgot to put water on the refrigerator and we ask the reception for some. The front desk guy came in a very bad mood and gave us a speech about the hotel doesn’t having room service. We understand that, but the water should be at the refrigerator in our room at that point. They don’t change the towels every day and the face towels they take away and doesn’t put back. Very bad hotel, don’t book it.
