Very comfortable. We really liked the included breakfast at El Fonte d’Oro.

Safe out of order. They fixed it when I requested it.
Breakfast very poor. We did not use the vouchers, we have to go to a different place. So breakfast is not included. Public bathrooms on the 10th floor dirty, no towels or toilet paper. If when you arrive and your room is not ready no use of the bathrooms upstairs. I have been coming to this property for several years, I think the new Managment is letting it down.

Below in english: Hay muchos aspectos malos de este sitio. EL primero es que NO ES UN HOTEL - asi que te cobran 21% mas de lo que dice el precio en la pagina web!! Si por alguna razon has hecho la busqueda en pesos argentinos el hotel te va a cobrar en dolares y hacerte una mala convercion. El servicio y la ayuda eran malisimos, el personal que atiende tenia una ganas y ademas habia mucho polvo en la habitacion. las sabanas tenian manchas amarillas y en general tenia un aspecto muy venido abajo.
There are many bad aspects of this place. The first is that IT IS NOT A HOTEL - so they charge you 21% more than what the price says on the website because they are not extempted of tax!! If you for some reason have made the search in Argentine pesos, the hotel will charge you in dollars and make you a very bad exchange rate. We had to pay the double!!. The service and the help were horrible, the staff who attended had a very bad attitude and there was a lot of dust in the room. The sheets had yellow stains on them and in general the place had a very shaggy look

Lots of space and the beds were comfortable, but not a whole lot of amenities otherwise. The rooftop pool could stand to be maintained (cleaned) better too. Decent location in BA (close to AEP airport) but you'll need to take transportation to get to the major tourist sites.

Warning: We had lots of issues. Black mold on the walls, air conditioning that leaked, safety concerns in common areas. The free breakfast was terrible and a far walk. The only thing that was satisfactory was the staff member at reception. He helped us cancel our trip with a partial refund.

The room was very clean and tidy. It was also quite nicely decorated. It is located close to the shopping mall and Santa Fe Avenue. It was great to have the pool on the roof. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked though. We thought the room had two single beds, but the second bed was a trundler bed, under the single bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Dream Studios Buenos Aires.

The communication was the best! Clean room with easy access. We could walk to Hop on and off bus. Decent restaurants. Not much English outside the hotel in BA.
