pretty clean and cozy but there's no hair dryer..

The room was nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful but just know the kitchenette doesn’t have dishes/cutlery/dish soap/sponge/pots/pans/paper towel/dish towel/ or anything that would make it usable to guests, the parking is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, making it slightly inconvenient. Otherwise we had an awesome stay and the continental breakfast was especially excellent

Parking is a situation I think should be recommended for review. Having guests park at the complete other side of campus to the location they are staying in is absurd. Especially in the summer when there is little to no student/faculty use.

It was warm, no air conditioner. Had to leave the window open, but hard to sleep because of the sounds of vehicles and lights coming in the window.

Executive Rooms on the 22nd floor are the only rooms with ac and cable. It’s really a student residence. The room on all other floors are very spartan and virtually unliveable during the warm summer period. I started in a regular room, lasted one night then moved to an executive room. The executive room was really good. Breakfast was pretty good to.

Is a OK place for a quick over night. Dorm room style. No AC no TVs. Very hot rooms. Parking was a long walk away. Very confusing set up. Need multiple room key cards to get anywhere.

It is economy hotel, actually students residence of Sait university!
So lovely and polite staffs.
Uncomfortable beds, hight of the bed is so high, not easy to use it.
Location is good and access to metro station. Good breakfast.

The area is good. Breakfast was very good.
Receptionist team were not friendly at all. Clearly they didn't trained well and don't know anything about hospitality.

Stayed in the property before so quite familiar with the people and the facilities. Quite convenient as C-Train is just quarter of a mile away. Reasonably economical.
Couple of points of improvement though, A kettle and a Fan/ Heater could be nice. While they might be available to borrow at the front desk, might be nicer if they were made available at the room itself.
