"The room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the price is cheap, and parking is convenient. However, the front desk service was really subpar. I couldn't understand why, while the front desk was processing my check-in, a supervisor came over and started chatting with them about irrelevant things, leaving me standing there waiting for them to finish. The first room card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs, queue up again to exchange it, and they kept asking me if I was using it correctly. Am I stupid? Do I not know how to open a door? Terrible service."

"The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience."

"The hotel may not be rated 5 stars on the web, but the comfort, central location, safety, price, staff's efficiency and service is more than 5 stars. I would come here again without hesitation. The walls and floors are concrete, sound proof,ample parking, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Also on main bus route. Beds are really comfortable, has a fridge, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, free internet, great selection of TV channels, and a swimming pool. What more can anyone ask for?"

"The twin beds are a bit small. The location is excellent, very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, and valet parking is very expensive. You can self-park in the nearby Tower parking garage, which is just a few minutes' walk away. You can access the parking garage from the hotel's M floor via a sky bridge, which leads to the third floor of the garage."

"Since I need to go airport on next morning, and I choose that four points by Sheraton Calgary airport. It’s take around 20 minutes for driving to airport and also city centre. I think it’s quite convenience if you were driving."

"The staff member, Xiao Xu, was very nice. The suite was beautiful and the kitchen was clean. The only inconvenience was that we had to share a bathroom with another room. If the other room was noisy (opening and closing the door, running the fan, etc.), it would affect our sleep."

"Service was poor. No toothbrush, toothpaste and towel in the bathroom. The receptionist wasn’t nice because he couldn’t see I paid for breakfast, was rude. He later found it in the bookings. For such big name hotel, expectations are high but I was disappointed."

"It was really great. Everything was fully equipped. But why do you advertise it as if there is nothing there? I had no choice but to book this place because there were no other rooms available, but everything was there, so I had a good rest. The host is kind and responds quickly. Thank you."

"It was busy but never felt rushed by the front desk clerk. Check in was quick. Room was large and clean. Had a great view of the airport. Quiet. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very nice seating area. This is our go to hotel when staying in the north end of town."

"Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least."
