"The staff were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly kind throughout my stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and made dining very convenient and enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the drain in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I enjoyed a nice view of downtown from my room, and the location was perfect, with convenient Uber access to many places. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"There were only three front desk staff members to handle all guests, and this was the first time I've ever experienced calling the front desk over ten times with no one answering. If they are understaffed, the management team should focus more on team building rather than providing such a terrible experience for guests. Besides the abysmal service, here are a few other points to consider: 1. Rooms face two directions. If you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the machinery and the tarmac, falling asleep will be impossible. There's absolutely no soundproofing; it was the worst experience. Even rooms facing the other direction have noticeable airplane takeoff and landing noise, so this hotel is not a suitable option for light sleepers or guests looking for a good rest. 2. You need to request all amenities like the kettle and disposable toiletries from the front desk in advance. 3. Wi-Fi costs extra for non-Marriott Bonvoy members. 4. Room service incurs an additional delivery fee on top of the service charge. 5. The overall customer service team has significant room for improvement in their communication skills and methods with guests. This was my worst Marriott hotel experience ever."

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the price is cheap, and parking is convenient. However, the front desk service was really subpar. I couldn't understand why, while the front desk was processing my check-in, a supervisor came over and started chatting with them about irrelevant things, leaving me standing there waiting for them to finish. The first room card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs, queue up again to exchange it, and they kept asking me if I was using it correctly. Am I stupid? Do I not know how to open a door? Terrible service."

"The hotel may not be rated 5 stars on the web, but the comfort, central location, safety, price, staff's efficiency and service is more than 5 stars. I would come here again without hesitation. The walls and floors are concrete, sound proof,ample parking, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Also on main bus route. Beds are really comfortable, has a fridge, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, free internet, great selection of TV channels, and a swimming pool. What more can anyone ask for?"
