The location is excellent, and the shuttle service is impressive, taking about fifteen minutes to the airport with hourly departures, which is convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel warm from the moment I arrived. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and efficient — no delays at all, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgary."

"It’s the best for a person who has overnight layover! Like they are trained for that specifically. Free shuttle bus any time is real! But I couldn’t contact them by email though. Gotta call them, hope they fix that, I emailed a lot prior to my trip too. And the staffs are so kind that it made me feel safe and secure that I will not miss my flight 😌 If you have to leave early for flight before breakfast time. They will give you muffins and apples! The room was so big and nice, I wish I didn’t have the flight to catch so I can keep sleeping in that humungous king bed. There’s an atm at the lobby."
