"I checked in on 31 May 2026 and checked out on 1 June 2026. I was requested by the hotel to pay a deposit of CAD100 upon check in. As the credit card machine encountered some problems, the receptionist advised me to try payment in another machine. I realised on the next day that both of the transactions were successfull and my credit card was debited twice with total payment of CAD200. I contacted the hotel and they informed me that the payment will be refunded in 5-7:days. As at 29 June 2026, almost coming to a month, I have yet to receive the refund. I am very unhappy with the refund policy as I have received the refund of deposit from other hotels within 4-5 days. I hope the hotel looks into this complaint seriously and act accordingly."

"It is ok, nothing special. The facilities are below the norm of this level of hotels. The self-parking space is very limited, although there are plenty empty slots reserved by the hotel, forcing you to to use the 24 hr valet parking for just overnight."

"The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It must be praised that the hot water is hot enough and the amount of water is strong enough. However, the hotel facilities are old. If you use the hair dryer in the room for 30 minutes, the room will be electrified. You have to go to the front desk and tell the assistant. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly restored the electricity."

"Overall good experience, very convenient location and close to Airport, I am not sure about Hotel breakfast policy but they should consider keeping Egg Cheese Omelet separate from other meats i.e. Pork etc. Since some people have dietary need like myself and my family so we have no other options then to visit Tim Hortons or other place for breakfast although we have paid for the breakfast. I asked the same question with the reception guy but they were unaware so we have to wait until breakfast time for answers which is NO."

"Had a delayed flight was able to book instantly with Trip.com. The front receptionist were very helpful and kind. I was extremely tired from my day. Without even asking they upgraded my room with a view. I was pleasantly surprised that not only do they have a whirlpool on their second floor but also a pool for you to enjoy. Had I know about this and been prepared for a swim I would have certainly enjoyed going for a dip."

"For those arriving in Calgary without a car, I recommend staying here. There's a C-Trian station right outside, making it super convenient to get to downtown and the University of Calgary. I highly recommend it for those who want to do a city walk."

"A great value-for-money option! The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), and a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals (there's a Walmart nearby for groceries). The adjacent park is nice for a stroll. While the room doesn't have air conditioning, there's a circulating fan that keeps it from getting stuffy. The bathroom also provides a good selection of toiletries and is clean. The best part is the landlord's quick responses! They can speak Chinese, and their helpful attitude left a wonderful impression. This is definitely a place worth staying again if we come back to Calgary. Highly recommend! 👍"
