The front desk check in staff was very friendly. Room was not clean (hair in the beds and bath tub) beds I found to be hard. Overall it was a place to sleep but I wouldn’t stay at this place again

Easy to get to. Breakfast is included which to me is a bonus and you can always grab a coffee and go.

Rooms and property was nice and clean, breakfast was nice. It was convenient place from my event place.
I feel customer service can be better if staff can reply with smile. At couple of occasions, we felt they are answering rudely.
We understand it can happen in busy times but as a customer point of view, we felt really bad at first.

Pool is small and seems unheated. We went on a long weekend and it was very busy and loud. Kids were disappointed. They had 1 staff at the desk to handle check-ins, phone calls, and for some strange reason, giving out towels (why not have them at the pool?) Poor location in an industrial area with not much around. Breakfast was ok but we went early as we were told there is usually a line up. Signs everywhere saying don't do this or that.

Absolutely fantastic location and quality ! Breakfast was excellent and gluten free friendly. We were sooo impressed we brought them donuts for their exceptional service. The bed was firm and the rooms were quiet. The price was excellent and we will be spreading the word! Thank you!!!

Staff was great. Breakfast was only ok… waffle mix was old and the eggs were powdered. Kids liked the water slide.

Staff needs to pop their head into the pool area once every half hour or so. There was a bunch of young teen girls climbing up the waterslide from the pool. The fact that nobody got hurt is amazing but them doing that prevented any kids, including my nine year old from using the waterslide and they did it for well over an hour and a half. Their parents were all visiting in tbe lobby while this was taking place. Otherwise was a great stay. Breakfast was very good and we would stay again!
