Overnight stay for a concert Room was great Prime Rib Buffett was excellent Didn't have to leave the hotel Supper, concert, entertainment was all there

had a Company Christmas function. The buffet dinner served was very good. The staff were kind and helpful. The next morning,y vehicle wouldn't start due to the extreme cold and the front desk got a staff member to come jump start my car. Fantastic service! Would recommend

Great amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, gym, ******, and dining at the hotel, however, there isn't a lot around the hotel within walking distance for things like shopping, other dining options. And there was no airport shuttle, which is a shame. Taxi was the option ($$$). Overall, it was great and the food in the restaurants was great too.

We really appreciated the property being smoke free. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the Cactus Lounge - Dianne and Jill were amazing. We saw a concert and it was excellent - they even had serve bringing drinks to your seat. The ticket checking and wristbanding process is quite slow & required a long time standing in line to enter concert venue. The hotel and ****** are clean and everything is very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

We always like staying at Deerfoot - we live south of town so its convenient. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable

Pool was great! Some shortcomings at the hotel due to no staff/short staff but they tried their best.

The hotel was certainly a busy place. The room was comfortable with a good bed and trsponsiive heating system. The advertising Ion the elevator doors was not appealing.

There was poop in the pool, the “ maintenance” man came back three times to clean it up and never did. The front staff was aware of the situation never closed to the pool till 1 hour after the face and 3 families went up to complain. I told them I wanted a discount because of how it was handled and we travel to this hotel for the pool for my daughter. They never did that and was told a manager would call me in a 2 days they never happened either. Wouldn’t go back.
