I found the front desk to be rude as I was an online customer. The pictures in the listing are misleading and the executive amenities are average not executive. ****** was a positive, but I wont stay at hotel again.

The noise level in the hallways before 10pm is wild with the hockey, sports and event teams there. We were thankful the staff asked them to shut it down at 10 because we would’ve left if not it was SO loud

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, although the bathrooms are looking quite tired, they could do with a bit of a reno , but everywhere is clean and that’s the main thing. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. I’d recommend this hotel for sure

Like that it had lots of facilities ( ******, dining options and pool).
Ps. I hope the ice machine on the 5th floor gets fixed

Deerfoot Inn is a busy hotel and ****** for sports teams, concerts and meetings. It is convenient for us, and the rooms are clean. It's value is dependent on the reason for your stay. Lots of amenities and restaurants to choose from onsite.

Wonderful property - very kind staff. Clean rooms with everything you need. Quiet and amazing water park if you have kids.

Excellent hotel!!! We had a lovely time. kids went swimming, the pool is awesome with a water slide and open untill 12pm!! Had food at Mohave grill everything was delicious service was great, food came fast. Our room was huge! We stayed in a business suite. Pullout bed for the kids. And fun at the ******!

I treated myself to a night away. The room was beautiful and very comfortable! I wish i could have stayed one more night! All the staff are very friendly and eager to help! Cheryl at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to.
