We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

It is attached to the Seville Olympic Stadium. The surrounding environment gives you the impression of being in the middle of nowhere. There are too many potholes in the parking lot. Once you arrive at the hotel, it will leave a bad impression. The fact is that the facilities are quite Nice everything is very correct, very spacious, clean room, very correct staff attention, the breakfast provided is very good, it is a very important thing to me, orange juice is natural.

The room space is not large, but the space arrangement is reasonable. The standard room is equipped with three single beds and does not feel crowded. We are a family of three with children 4 years old (no extra charge for children staying). We walked from the hotel to the Golden Tower, the University of Seville, the Plaza de Espana, and even walking around did not feel tired. The hotel is near the river. It is quiet and comfortable. It won't be woken up by the sound of carriages in the middle of the night. The hotel has a parking lot, which is on the left hand side of the main entrance, but did not pay attention to the entrance or exit. The hotel is very close to the Plaza de Armas bus station, which is suitable for tourists who go to Seville by car from Lisbon or Faro Airport.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel has free free parking spaces in the surroundings and in the entrance of the apartments. Estuvimos alojados cinco días en el apartamento. Súper confortable y limpio con excelente ubicación. Natividad y Rosario, lo más!!! Como crítica constructiva, debería haber personal en la recepción las 24 hs, tienen un número a quien contactar por si surge algún inconveniente, pero no es igual si hubiese siempre alguien a quien recurrir, se nos presentó un inconveniente una noche tarde y tuvimos que molestar con mensaje porque en la recepción no había nadie, como también al hacer chekin deberían explicar lo del estacionamiento, tiene descuento al estar alojados pero al no haberlo sabido de entrada no tuvimos el papel para el sellado que necesitábamos. Lo demás, SÚPER!!! Volveríamos!

Bed was comfy but the cleanliness was not amazing. Breakfast was ok.

Very good hostel, new and very well located between the night leisure area, the historic center and the bus station. Very clean, the bed is comfortable and has the bathroom in the room, the receptionists are very nice. I recommend it

Overall good, the location of the hotel is just outside the bus station, the traffic is very convenient. The room is of good size. The front desk service is very good, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from Plaza Espanya. 10 minutes walk to the urban parasol. 20 minutes to the church and the palace. Public transportation and walking time are about the same.

The hotel knows what the travellers need, to name a few, ideal location to look around the city, essential services without redundancy, 24hour counter reception, etc. My first night could have been a nightmare due to electrical glitch, the night shift staff settled the matter by switching the room immediately. Highly recommendable.
